I absolutely love papaya salad and will travel pretty far to find a good one, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the flavor just wasn't for me. I noticed they use lime juice rather than fresh limes, and I personally really don't enjoy the taste of bottled lime juice in papaya salad. The location also made the experience a little difficult. There isn't a parking lot, and street parking is very limited on a busy street/intersection. I ended up having to wait in my car because finding parking nearby was so difficult.
