The veg biryani was especially impressive fluffy rice, plenty of paneer, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The samosa chaat was a perfect balance of crispy, tangy, and spicy, and the kids absolutely loved the mango lassis - refreshing, and not overly sweet. The two bibis preparing the food were especially kind, loving, and welcoming. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were enjoying a home-cooked meal with family. If you're looking for excellent vegetarian Indian food, this place is definitely worth a visit. Great food, generous portions, and we'll definitely be coming back!

I know baked potato is basic, but there's nothing basic about their baked potato. That thing is HUGE!!! My husband, son and I made a big mistake by getting our own and we could not put it down. I think it took me 4 days to finish mine haha. They do not skimp! You think it's gonna be dry when you get to the bottom, but it's buttery and they hook it up. Service was fast. It took them about 10-15 min to make all 3 of our baked potatoes and they even had a line when we went. Definitely recommend that you check them out. Make sure you have an appetite or make sure you share with a person or 2. Not sure how long they've been around or where else their truck posts at, but I would love to come back.
