It comes plated with 3 sauces (a spicy mayo, a sweet sauce and soy sauce) and some veges on the side. It was very filling (I couldn't finish it) so I barely had room to try the 2 tacos I ordered, but I managed to sneak a couple bites in, and they were really good too! They make their tortillas fresh and they have a sign that says "fresh food not fast food" although my food didn't take too long to make...they also have a salsa bar with plenty of salsa and vege toppings. The taco truck is located next to a Mexican iced cream shop. And the young kid working there was the sweetest, he walked me through their menu with such great enthusiasm, it was very refreshing! There were several trucks including 3 taco trucks, Kosmos, Rolling Lumpia, Nikki's Create-a-bowl and 2 trucks that offered desserts. I can see this becoming a very happening spot as the weather warms up and I would love to see a little more variety the next time I go. The area is a little bit sketchy but once you're inside the gates, it's very clean with plenty of lighting. Also, there's parking in back if you're not comfortable parking on the street. Every time I came to Stockton, I made sure to stop by for an al pastor and shrimp burrito because they were always so good and FAT. Today I drove from Lodi and left extremely disappointed. The cashier didn't charge me for my horchata, and the cook also missed a taco from my order. When I pointed it out, instead of acknowledging the mistake, he said, "She didn't charge you," even though she did -- I showed him the receipt. He then claimed it was the tax and tried to play it off like he was doing me a favor by giving me a taco "for free." Except... I paid for it. When I finally got my food, I took a bite of my burrito and found beans in it -- even though I specifically asked for no beans. On top of that, the burrito was noticeably smaller than what they used to serve. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Sadly, I won't be making the drive anymore.
