I've been a faithful patron of this truck for a few years now and I will absolutely not go anywhere else for quesa birria tacos anymore. I've had quesa birria tacos many places before but none have ever come close to how delicious, fresh, and flavorful as this wonderful taco truck. I can't speak on the other food options here because I am addicted to the birria tacos here and haven't had the chance to try the other items. The service here is also very good. Staff is always super nice and courteous, efficient , and quick with smiles on their faces. I also like the outdoor seating. It's next to a busy street but the tables with umbrellas to block the sun is a nice setting to enjoy the delicious tacos right away so I appreciate that. read more

Went on Saturday night to get two burritos after several times I asked him do not put onions no onions no savoya you think they understand and get your order right especially the prices they charge I can't understand this you got to know English to understand your customers there ain't nothing worse than biting into a burrito that is full of onions especially that you're allergic to it. OMG!! This spot is the bomb! If you going into Stockton, Ca you have to stop at this truck coming into town. I have been here multiple times. I have tried probably everything on their menu. And believe me there is not one item I wouldn't eat again. Everything is absolutely fantastic!! My favorite is the shrimp burrito. Soooo delicious. Shrimp is seasoned to perfection lightly grilled and placed with rice beans sour cream salsa. And it is loaded with shrimp. You see taco truck. You know tacos are a must. Asada, pollo, lengua, carnitas. Bomb!! Amazing. Pick your meat and enjoy. This is a full restaurant on wheels. Enjoy the Frescas made fresh. Customer service is awesome. I give this taco truck 4 stars. The tacos here are not the best. In fact the best tacos in town can be found at Don Rafas on Main st. If they switched to using yellow corn tortillas then perhaps their tacos would have better flavor. However, if you are looking for quesabirrias, look no further. I've tried several other places around town and out of town, and I have to say their quesabirrias are the most flavorful and savory. They are not too heavy on cheese, the meat is umami, and the dipping caldo is perfect. On another note, their huaraches are also good. Overall, I rate them 4 stars and HIGHLY recommend their quesabirrias. If all their other plates were as good as the quesabirrias, I would rate them 5 stars. read more

This is a Yelp review that is long overdue. I have been going to this taco truck for probably close to 6-7 years. These are singlehandedly the best tacos I have had outside of Mexico City. I should emphasize that these guys specialize in tacos and tortas so skip the burritos if you're used to sour cream and cheddar cheese. These guys keep the ingredients to a minimum with the meat and tortillas cooked exceptionally well. Last but not least, the pickled vegetables are always fresh and crisp. My friend has been coming here for some time and recommended the "Limonense" to me. We had chicken tacos and a big burrito. A few soft drinks. Food here is always on point! I get the sopes with Asada and I can't even begin to explain how good they make it. I've also tried their tacos and they are just as good. The salsa is pretty spicy but so good, it has a good flavor that u can't resist. You can always ask for the salsa on the side wich is awesome. Food here never lets you down. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.. I've had some excellent Tacos here, some average, and some not so good.. They're close to home. Seems when the Gentleman is running it the food is always better. This taco truck serves the best carntinas tacos I've had in awhile. Come here for piping hot, fresh off the grill tacos deliciously seasoned for $1.50. You did read that correctly. Try finding that anywhere in the Bay Area. Think taco trucks like fruitvale Bart station taco trucks or mission street pancho villa tacos, not off the grid food trucks.
