It's a simple-ish Mexican food menu. I order the chicken tacos with whole beans and cheese. SO GOOD!!!!!! They give hot sauce (verde y rojo) and, if you ask, they will give you pickled carrots/onions/jalapeños in a bag for no charge! Tacos Michoacan on Roscoe Blvd, across from Anheuser-Busch is a typical lunch for me 1-2 times a month. Affordable too!!! I pay around $7 for 2 tacos. They even throw in a few corn chips. read more

Had to send my order back. And I was over charged because they took the wrong order down. Unaware that their breakfast burrito came with rice and beans inside, I asked for a breakfast burrito on a plate so that I got both sides as well. The young lady that took my order, cut me off while I was ordering and pointing at the wall as she assumed I was talking about. She seems polite but needs to slow it down and be more polite. I got my burrito and they literally put only the rice, beans, asada with scrambled egg. There was no salsa, potato's, no cheese. NO EFFORT. Sorry but not one to leave bad reviews. I don't know why this place has good reviews. It did NOT live up to what people were saying. I got the "nacho fries," which I've usually seen as carne asada fries. Moving up from San Diego, I was on the quest to find the best carne asada fries in the valley. This place isn't it. When it came, the fries looked promising, being a thicker cut, but all the toppings were not good. First, they don't even give guac. It's some kinda of blended green sauce that has avocado I think. Where's the chunky guac?! The cheese and sour cream kind of tasted off too. Lastly, the meat was SOOOO chewy. Carne asada is supposed to have a nice flavor, but this tasted like all fat. I couldn't even finish it all when I usually do. Also, I asked for the hottest hot sauce to put on top and it wasn't even that hot. This is not the place to go. read more

For what it is, a hoke in the wall taco joint, this place is great. Good prices. Friendly service. And Absolutely delicious food. My Kengua tacos were flavorful, juicy, and tender. Of my companions chicken tacos, she said "these are the best I have ever had". Menudo served only on Sabado y Domingo. A hsnful of chips comes with every order. Only downside is the poor selection of items in the salsa bar. For instance, no pico de gaio for the chips. Ok people, I know the Valley has a ton of taco/burrito places, but in my opinion this place is one of the best and more consistent places around. I have been here several time since it is on my way work/home/business/etc. The prices have remained competitive in todays market, the food and quality have remained that same and the service is great. I have tried different meats and they all have distinct flavors which is what I look for as many places have different meat that taste the same. I have recommended this place and my they have thanked me. Their salsas are also great, they are spicy but not enough to overwhelm the food, but enough to add that pop to the food. I worked across the street at Budweiser for 15 years and this used to be my go to spot for tacos and burritos. A few years ago they switched/changed the carne asada meat and the food is now garbage. I stopped in here yesterday 6/24 around 3:00pm hoping they went back to the good food I was used to but what a waste of money. 5 tacos and a burrito to go. The carne asada was more like greasy ground beef and I didn't even touch my burrito. Horrible, Horrible and I mean Horrible food. I am truly sorry but I will never go back. Staff is always very friendly, often times the cashier is a lady who's English is not the best but she always does her best to answer my silly questions. There's nothing like coming to a hole-in-the-wall Mexican place and while I wait for my take-out I get to watch an over the top performance of the latest telanovela. LOL I've been coming here for nacho fries. But their wet burritos are awesome too. I've had their pastor and carne asada. I interchange the meat on the fries and burrito because the meat is good on either or. If you don't like it spicy (my mom doesn't like it spicy), don't ask for everything. Ask for the heat on the side, but I like the burn. LOL I think they charge for credit cards because when she gives me my total for both it's always $14.99 and then when I hand her my credit card she says it's $15 plus change. No big deal but I just gotta bring cash. Yes, I never remember! LOL It's never busy when I go but it's always at night between 8pm-9pm. The parking lot is small but there is street parking nearby. Never trust a place that says they have "guacamole" but they don't have avocado..like wtf how? But anywho, asada full of fat and gristle. And the chicken is just boiled. The second time in I ordered two 3 taco combination plates with a water and a soda and when my order was ready I was only charged for 2 tacos the water and soda. First time trying out this place and I gotta say they have some pretty good tacos. I tried an order of their 3 taco plate with Carne Asada, Al Pastor and Carnitas. The Meat was very well marinated and the flavor came out pretty good. Since I ordered the plate it came with Rice Beans and a small side of salad. I think the combo ended up costing around $8 Their beans were really good. The only problem with this place is the small parking lot and the strong smell outside coming from the Budweiser factory. read more
