We have never had a bad dish here. The food: their breakfasts and brunch are my favorite! The pancakes of various types, their birria ramen, pizza , and the Molcajetes are always my go to for food! Super flavorful and big portion sizes! Enjoy to share !! The drinks: my favorite places to get drinks! They always have seasonal cocktails, cocktails under $15 which are some of the best deals I've seen in the valley and the fresh Frescas. You can never go wrong with the drinks here. My personal favs are the Pina coladas, margaritas, mimosas and the Jamaican cocktail. Micheladas are great and fun too! Wide ranges of seating. Inside and outside . Booths or tables. The atmosphere: always fun! The events here are well worth it and they make everyone feel included and welcomed! Accessibility: The accessible parking is right in front of the restaurant. I saw this restaurant on Instagram, and it happened to be about an hour drive for me, but I figured, why not? I had nothing else going on that day, so we decided to give it a try. When you first pull up, you're a little taken aback because the restaurant is located in a strip mall. However, the experience completely changed once we walked in. We were instantly greeted and seated, and our waitress, Esme, was absolutely amazing. She took her time going over the menu with us, gave several recommendations, and was incredibly friendly and pleasant the entire time. I had a lot of questions about the menu, and she never once seemed bothered. I ordered the quesabirria pizza, the molcajete, and a grapefruit cocktail. I was honestly blown away by the flavors of both dishes. I've been searching for a good molcajete in the Valley for a long time, and I finally found one. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and clearly made with care. The quesabirria pizza was also unbelievably good. I'm usually not a refried beans kind of girl, but their refried beans are an absolute must-try. Even the rice was amazing, which says a lot because rice is usually just an afterthought at most places. It may be a bit of a drive, but the food and service are absolutely worth it. Had to update the review, the service this time was absolutely horrible. They say us down and we waited almost 20 mins for someone to acknowledge us. We kept making eye contact with the waitress but they would just walk right past us. Not sure what the issues was, they weren't extremely busy a few empty tables and they had a good amount of staff working so we didn't understand why no one came to ask us or even offer anything to drink. The wait was way too long for what we actually ate. Don't get me wrong, the food is tasty but I don't think I'd be back. The chicken was a bit salty which not a big deal but everything else was good. Good food but horrible service. When we got there at 12 we were told it was a 25/30 minute wait. We ended up waiting one hour and 10 minutes. When we were finally sat down it took a server 30 minutes to just acknowledge us and take our drink order. Once the food came out, the waiter was no where to be found and our order was incorrect; we were still charged with the original bill as well despite the weight. A really great find ! After shopping around nearby, I was told about this cute little spot. It's a very casual type of ambiance, and the music is fun and upbeat. I would consider the pricing to be fair for the amount of food given. My family loved this spot and lives nearby, so they will be back soon. In my experience the service was really quick but it was also a slower time of the day and we were a few of the only patrons in the restaurant. Parking is easy to find right in front. I would also like to mention my mom loved her themed "Valentine's day" drink and the way the cocktails were presented were very beautiful. We ordered birria, quesabirria, tripas and carne asada tacos. The main highlights for us were definitely the quesabirra and tripas as the meat were tender, juicy and soft. However, I had to remove one star because there were only 2 tables that needed to be served and it took nearly 20 mins to get our tacos. We also asked for a serrano or jalapeno pepper on the side and sadly didn't get it. The food here is absolutely fantastic! I ordered the Tour of Mexico, and every single option on the plate was delicious--paired perfectly with a limonada mineral. My fiancé had the churro French toast, which was also incredible. They were also super accommodating and easily able to host a large table for our group. The only downside is the wait time. We actually tried to come the day before but the wait was so long we had to go somewhere else. Because we really wanted to try it, we came back the next day and still faced a long wait. I really wish they offered a reservation option! Also, as a small suggestion for brunch, it would be amazing if they added some iced coffee options to the menu alongside the aguafrescas and alcohol. My husband and I have been here twice now. When you enter, there's a walkway that takes you up to the counter to place your order. You take a table number and they'll bring you your food, the rest is pretty much self service. It's a great setup and works perfect for this spot! The first time we came, we noticed they had mimosa flights, so we got those, a cantarito and we each got our own chilaquiles. I got rojo with chicharrón and my husband got verde with carne asada, i believe. Mimosas aren't my thing, but these were really good and my husband enjoyed them a lot. We then had to ask for their Christmas menu, even though that is what they are promoting at this time. Our food came out 30 mins later and it was so cold that the chips were so soggy it wasn't even able to be eaten. Our waitress if we wanted anything else and told her we do but don't want to wait an hour. We told her our experience and she was "sorry". Did get a manager involved nothing only a "sorry". Stopped by for lunch on Taco Tuesday (they had some special pricing for in store eating). The service was fast, it's an order at the counter than they serve you at your seat. The food here was really good and had good representation on each plate. I had the Huarache Breakfast and some tacos, both were very good. Beverage was an agua Fresca (they had a variety to choose from). The ambiance is very colorful and festive. The only somewhat negative aspect is the music in the restaurant is very loud and makes hard to have normal conversations while eating. I will be back for sure. read more

My girlfriend and I tried this place for the first time last Friday night. Cool modern interior. It was small inside but also had a really nice outdoor patio. I'm looking forward to sitting out there in the winter. I thought the menu had good options for Mexican food and reasonable prices as well. We both got carne asada - burrito and tacos -- and I thought the meat was well-seasoned. I loved the added touch of the roasted jalapeño on top of the burrito. The margaritas were both beautiful and tasty. I think the small decorative touches were very nice. Made it feel fancy without the fancy prices. They had a DJ which seemed weird at first, but he was actually very good and it really added to the ambiance. Service was friendly and fast. The food here is fantastic and the chefs really know how to create an experience, and I truly appreciate that. The ambiance is also on point; I love the variety of chandeliers and the overall vibe of the place. Very cool. That said... the service is a different story. Everyone seems unhappy to be there, with no smiles, and things move painfully slow. My first visit was for my birthday with a small party of four, and it took forever to get both our food and drinks. Mind you it was just us and another table. The food made up for it, but it was still disappointing. My second visit didn't go much better. We ordered shots, and 30 minutes later the server came back saying they didn't have them. How does it take that long to update us? Then it took another 20 minutes to get a replacement order. General drinks took about 15 minutes, and one friend had to wait an extra 10 minutes for her food after everyone else was served. On the bright side, they're quick to bring the check - whether you asked for it or not. After two visits, it's clear this place is more hype than reality. The food is good, but the poor service and overall experience just don't make it worth it. read more

I honestly believe water should just be brought to the table we do live in Arizona. It's hot. The ladies sat us at a very dirty table. Absolutely terrible service. We arrived and nobody seemed to know who was assigned to our table. We waited 15 minutes before being greeted, and I finally had to call someone over just to place an order. When the food came, my order was wrong. Nobody ever came back to check on us, refill drinks, or see if we needed anything. Even when it came time for the check, I had to ask for it--and eventually walk to the front to pay because no one bothered to come back. At this point, the focus seems to be all on the food and none on the service, which matters just as much. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time--it's happened three times now. I gave it another chance to see if it was just a fluke, but clearly it's the standard here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The owner needs to retrain staff immediately, because as fast as this place became popular, it can lose that popularity just as quickly.
