There's not many places you'll be able to order tacos at 8:50am on a Monday. But when we saw this food truck on the side of the road already open, we knew how we had to begin our road trip. They give a tostada with frijoles spread on it for every meal and I could eat just these. The tacos were amazing, double tortilla with great meat that was tender and flavorful. I would get the salsa on the side next time because they were quite hot but delicious as well. My partner got a breakfast burrito that had yummy pieces of sausage.

Variety of tacos. You always get a bean tostada with any taco order. Yummy

This is a must stop taco truck if you are just passing by on your way to or from Los Angeles. The food is amazing and the guys are super friendly and great attention to detail. They have a nice dining area which is very uncommon for taco trucks but makes a huge difference when eating outdoors. I spoke to the gentleman and told him the hours on Yelp showed them being closed and he said they never close and open from 6am to 2 am 7 days a week.

As anyone who's been following my check ins, " you know I am repetitive Seoul". Tacos Valles deliverers when it comes to any of the menu items. From the mini ceviche tostadas to the burritos. All of their meats I've tried so far have not disappointed me. Tripas- the flavor and texture semi crunchy semi chewy and burst of all that intestine flavor. Asada- not fatty and again flavor Al pastor and the carnitas sooooo good. Next time will try the chicken and other proteins. I can probably eat 2 plates of the mini ceviche. Each bite is so refreshing and the mini plates comes with 3 pieces. Loaded of toppings. Even the tacos they're not shy on the portions SCV area is wild when it comes to Mexican food prices but VALLE won't break the bank and it's worth it. They do have number on Yelp to call. Hours I'm not sure open 5:30am- 2am? Maybe close earlier. But call ahead they do get pretty busy. Side note: best red sauce

If you're headed up north, and you're going over the grapevine, stop in Castaic and find this taco truck. They only take cash, but the food is absolutely amazing. We've ordered tacos and burritos and none of them. Disappointed at all. They came out fairly quickly and the cook greeted us with a smile. They have a few tables and chairs outside the taco stand that you can enjoy your meal on along with some fresh salsa selections, which were fire fire

Tres de tripas and dos de al pastor was my order. Overall excellent tacos at this food truck. Very very flavorful spicy tacos. Excellent customer service, good prices and good location. I look forward to stopping here and eventually trying every option of their tacos.

Tacos. Lengua, cabeza, asada, and barbacoa.

Taco truck at the side of the road, serving some of the best tacos I have ever had. I like the cabeza (beef cheeks) and lengua (tongue) tacos, the meat, when cooked properly, is nothing short of amazing. And here, it's amazing. A solid 10. The meat was cooked perfectly, moist and tender. Sprinkled with onions and cilantro, with salsa, these little guys are so good. Seven tacos filled with meat, $16 plus tip. Always tip! Don't let the taco truck part send you to a restaurant. This is the authentic taco truck experience that should not be missed. It's called Tacos Valles. #tacolove #mexicanfood #tacos #cabeza #lengua #salsa

    Lady is extremely rude

Every time I truck drive through here I would stop and eat at this place but after todays interaction I will not be returning. I order a burrito and ask for it to be cut in half and she doesn't understand me and I try to explain it to her and she gets a bad attitude after? My boyfriend and I are splitting it? Other places always cut it in half and don't have a problem with it. I finally get my food and ask for extra salsa and lime. She said she put extra and I look and it's only three limes and three salsa. We like to eat our food with a lot of salsa and lime. So I ask again and with attitude she says I put a extra and I was like okay I want more? Even if she said I would have to pay I would have but instead she wanted to be rude about never returning again. We literally only had 1 salsa left and weren't even half the way through out food.

2 tacos al pastor 2 asada tacos 9 bucks not bad!!!

Due to popular demand, ANOTHER TACO TRUCK!!! Last week, I went to a taco truck named, "Tacos Al…read moreVapor", now I went to a place called, "El Grullense". I am not sure what it means. I searched online and it means Grullense or a person from El Grullo, Jalisco. This time the taco truck is a bit farther from the Ralph's store and just across the Pilot Travel Center/Gas Station. The taco truck parked right in front of two houses and it was a weird spot for the houses to be. Its like Barstow Stop at Lenwood Road to see a house in the middle of nowhere. Oh man, there was a lot of trucks coming and going. I see a lot of truck drivers coming by getting some nice tacos or burritos. I ordered my favorite, Al Pastor Burrito. I believe the price is either $4.15 or $4.25. Also, I ordered a bottle of Mexican Coca-Cola. My total was $5.50. $1 cheap than Tacos Al Vapor, plus they gave me radishes and lemon. Great value!! However, I think I saved the $1 because I got a 355ml Coca-Cola versus the 500ml Pepsi-Cola from Tacos Al Vapor, but they do sell the 500ml...I am just collecting the glass bottles of different kinds. I brought my food back to work and...DAMN, the Al Pastor Burrito was FREAKIN HOT!!. I keep forgetting to tell them...NO CHILE...lol. I looked at my Coca-Cola...and I forgot that it has to be opened with a bottle opener. Good thing that I have a bottle opener in my car...I tried it..and it doesn't fit..AGH!!! Its burning my mouth!!! I had to bend a piece of the metal cap and SUCCESS!!! Damn it was hot. Good thing someone from my work brought tortilla chips so I can soften the heat from my mouth. I was surprised that they put something special in my burrito....PINEAPPLE. It was more delicious than I thought. With the tortilla chips, it was like 3 different meals at once. You can eat the burrito whole, eat it with chips. then eat the tortilla. I asked the guy how long the truck has been there and he said that his truck has been here [Castaic] for awhile. So, I am not sure how long in years, but I am glad the truck is here. The guy is very nice and welcome me to the area. I saw another taco truck down the road. I might try that later. I am getting full for the past few days driving out and eating out. I think I am taking a hiatus tomorrow. I am starting to think I drive a truck every time I am here. Too many truckers..and one little car...EEEEK!!!! Have Fun here and Keep Yelping!!
