I waited about 20 min for the order. Then when I got the order. The fries were cold and not even warm. Maybe a day old not fresh at all. The wet burritos were cold too! When you opened them there was not steam like they had when I first had them. The first time I went and I opened the wet burrito box it had steam coming out and was super hot with the sauce and the inside of the burrito. For $60 this was not worth it. At that point I was annoyed because why wasn't that communicated when I first walked in? Either the online ordering system isn't accurate or the staff doesn't know how to use it properly. What really made it worse was that from the time I placed my order to actually receiving my food, it took an entire hour. Meanwhile, I watched multiple people walk in, order in person, and get their food within 10 minutes. Offering me an agua fresca doesn't make up for wasting that much of someone's time. Communication and organization need serious improvement.
