I only waited a few minutes after. I received my food. It was well packaged. They offered me some salsa. I took the red, green and the bag with some lemons and cucumber. I ordered a vampiro with carne asada and al pastor(con todo), chicken taco, birria taco ( con todo) I'm going to start with my favorite, to my least favorite. Vampiro: visually it looked very appetizing. I was excited to try it. The looks were not deceiving! It was flavorful crunchy. It made me happy when I bit into it. My only Takeaway would be that it was a bit greasy. Aside from that, I loved it! Chicken taco: this one surprised me. When I bit into it, it had a nice smoky flavor in the meat. Very tasty! With a dash of the red and green salsa with a lemon squeeze! it really elevated it more. My only Takeaway would be a little dash of some salt overall I enjoyed this taco and it was delicious. Birria taco: this one made me sad. It was my least favorite and I love Birria. It lacked flavor the meat was chewy even with the salsa and lemon, I hated it. Super greasy although it looked beautiful it was not it. I wish I could have scored it better. I spent $14.80 I think this included the tip.

Nothing fancy, but it's pretty spacious and clean. I ordered three different kinds of tacos -- asada, al pastor, and birria. Most places charge extra for birria, but the price is the same and included in the Taco Tuesday special! The tortillas are homemade and delicious. The meat was all flavorful and tender. There were a few bits of fat in the meat that I spit out, but overall it was pretty good. The guacamole sauce is really good, and they're very generous with it. I enjoyed their green salsa as well. Be careful of the orange/red habernero salsa -- it has a kick that creeps up on you! The line can get fairly long and they do a good amount of take-out. However, the line moves pretty fast, and they assemble the tacos to order. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other menu items and the agua fresca!

Saw this place on Instagram... Instantly intrigued…read more.. Bit of a drive for me, but oh my goodness , The Flautas Ahogadas were worth it. A truly magical dish. Every element of this lavishly sauced delicacy is perfection! The tortilla was crisp and well fried, The beef and potato filling was tender and well seasoned The birria consommé has a ghostly hint of oregano that disappears without lingering, The sauces decorating the outside of the flautas are balanced, The cheese is salty and rich and accents the flavor profile to completion. My Jamaica was crisp and fresh, and complimented my meal. A fantastic find that I would recommend to anyone. I drove 40 minutes to try this dish and I would drive 80 minutes to eat it again! This dish lived up to the hype in every possible way! Don't miss your chance, Get your Flautas Ahogadas ASAP

When I arrived, the gentleman at the front told me it would be another 7 minutes -- fine, no problem. I waited another 10 minutes, only for him to finally ask what I ordered and then tell me they only had beef available. At that point I was annoyed because why wasn't that communicated when I first walked in? Either the online ordering system isn't accurate or the staff doesn't know how to use it properly. What really made it worse was that from the time I placed my order to actually receiving my food, it took an entire hour. Meanwhile, I watched multiple people walk in, order in person, and get their food within 10 minutes. Offering me an agua fresca doesn't make up for wasting that much of someone's time. Communication and organization need serious improvement.

It was good, but I was thinking that this might be the best ever. It wasn't that. Just as good as any taco truck. Still good, but I'm glad I went because it wasn't special for me and I no longer have to be bound by curiosity. I'll be able to get this experience elsewhere for a lot less money. To me the GOAT is Tire Shop Taqueria in downtown LA. It's still very inexpensive there, and every bite is a savor. I live in Hermosa Beach, and we have an outpost of tacos Tamix. Luckily for me, this didn't dethrone that place So, I have a new rating system......I will write what I feel honestly about an establishment. The only ratings I will give are 5 stars, which is enjoyable, or 3 stars which is "needs work." I thought about leaving 4 stars, but then thought about my new rating system.

Ordered a carne asda taco and an adobado taco in both and flour tortilla and corn tortilla. I love the flour tortilla so much!!!! It had nice charred flavor to it that was delicious. Would just get the flour next time! It's a food truck. There was no line to place our order but getting our food took around 15 min. Food came with onions, peppers, salsas and pico de gallo! Would def get this more often if it was closer. They had seats under a tent to eat and street parking in the neighborhood.
