I was making a to go order and was excited by the positive reviews but I have to say that my experience was the opposite. Spring rolls: 5/5, delish and they gave peanut sauce which is my fave sauce to go with it. Ribeye banh Mi: 1/5, I don't know if it's the seasoning of the ribeye but it tasted expired in the banh mi and I couldn't finish it. Ribeye pho: 1/5, the broth was not hot enough to cook the ribeye and the blood soaked through the noodles and the noodles were breaking apart. Broth was not tasty, I also could not finish. Ribeye Vermicelli: 0/5, they forgot my sauce that went with it so I just had a dry salad that I couldn't eat! Overall, the service was good and it did fill up fast inside but for me it was a huge miss. I don't like to give bad reviews for new businesses so maybe I'll go back and try dine-in next time to see if it's a different experience. read more

The chicken pho is soooo good! Flavorful broth, and all together a great texture and taste! Friendly service and I love the booth's to sit on. Another tip: from the kids menu, the chicken nuggets and fries are soooooo good! Instead of taking the kids to Mc Donald's, try the chicken nuggets and fries from Tada's! They are soooo sooo good! Tada's has me saying Hoorah after trying their pork rice combo. The pork was unimaginably mouthwatering, tender and extra juicy with the perfect blend of flavors! Even the vegetables on the plate were well seasoned and the perfect bite of a refreshing crunch. They give you soup with your meal which I assumed to be miso soup but pleasantly surprised that it wasn't. The broth of the soup mixed with the different seasoning cleanses the palete while giving the perfect finishing touch. The shrimp pork rolls were a good start and the sauce provided married all of the spices harmoniously. Bravo to mannnnnnny more meals to come. This place has become one of my favorites! read more

I'm not local. I actually traveled here to have surgery and I decided to order the beef pho soup because I needed soup after surgery for easy digestion. My husband went to pick it up and when he got to the hotel room 40% of the broth spilled into the bag because the restaurant put many holes in the lid. That makes no sense to me. Its hot soup. The last thing they should have done was put holes where hot liquid will spill. No only did it waste half the portion. It also created a huge greasy mess that was difficult to clean up in the hotel. But what was even worse and quite shocking is the beef in the separate container meant to be mixed in with the broth was 100% raw. I am so mad. I get that if you're going to be cooking this at home you'd have a stove top or even microwave but what about the people who don't have access or are trying to eat this on the go? What am I supposed to do with this half spilled broth and this raw meat?!?! Why would a restaurant give customers RAW meat. It's acutely a safety hazard. I couldn't eat any of the food. It's so sad. I paid for it and didn't eat anything. I went back online to see if there were any notes about it being raw and having to prepare it and there was absolutely nothing mentioned. We tried calling the restaurant three times. One time they put us on hold and never came back and the other times nobody picked up at all. read more

Not only is the food mouth watering, I learned stuff . I have been here so many times I've lost count. I've had Pho all across the US. The flavor profile of the broth at Tada's Kitchen is unique. Initially he introduced me (my tastebuds) to Om aka the rice paddy herb. Om alone is lemony minty and herbaceous. When combined with the other flavors in the Pho it was . Unfortunately, not it's not the easiest herb to come by in our area and it has an extremely short shelf life (speaking from first hand experience I went and found it because it's that good) so he had to change the broth..... HOWEVER, lightning struck twice because the addition of Culantro . All of this comes with the freshest ingredients and things like a the traditional thin sliced ribeye, heavy serving of Oxtails, or the Dino bone from the Flintstones. Now let's discuss the eggroll. It too is pretty epic. It has the addition of taro and a different combination of spices than I'm used to. The only drawback is the make them in pork variety only so not everyone can taste its awesomeness . The fresh roll is amazing as well and served with their homemade peanut sauce. What makes the food taste even better is the welcoming service of the staff and owner. That coupled with the cute decor. It's not uncommon to find this place packed on a random week night. read more

Ordered the Garlic Noodles, Chicken Wings, and Fried Shrimp Appetizer, along with the House Special Vermicelli Bowl- all delicious! Shrimp was fresh and hot, chicken wings were juicy and fried perfectly. The garlic noodles were new for me, but were outstanding! So far, I've ordered only to-go. Both times the banhmi were spot on. Veggies were on the side at my request so my bread wouldn't get soggy before I had the chance to eat it. I tried the cold cut trio and grilled pork. Both were great and the veggies are pickled well. The pate was generously applied (yum). I'm so glad that we have a banhmi place in Brandon now. OMG! What went from looking for the nearest pho place because I was sick, quickly turned into a weekly craving! I've tried their oxtail pho and it is fire, but nothing beats the classic brisket pho. Tada's Kitchen is a hidden gem. Since moving to Brandon, I've been in the search for an authentic Vietnamese spot for pho. The veggie pho is 100% vegetable broth. First time I had fried tofu and it was delicious. I ordered the shrimp fresh rolls without pork. Made fresh to order. Very nice and clean restaurant. Intimate seating as it's small. Everything we ordered was absolutely amazing! It all looked and smelled so delicious that we dove in and completely forgot to take pictures of our dishes. The wings were 10 out of 10. Both meals were freshly made, deliciously flavoured and great portions for the price. We came by for lunch on a Sunday about 1:00, it was busy but had a table available. We were surprised they were out of sweet and unsweetened tea. We had water and wings in fish sauce which was delicious. We ordered the short rib platter and chicken platter. We thought the short ribs were a bit light in meat. We shared egg rolls and shrimp rolls. I was impressed by the size of the shrimp in the rolls. Everything was crispy and fresh. I had the pho. I thought it was very good. A "small" was very big, more than I could finish. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. My son enjoyed his kids meal. Hidden in the Publix plaza this place offers some delicious Vietnamese cuisine. I was helped right away. I decided to dine in and my server was so sweet and attentive without having to ask. She made sure I had everything I needed. What I ordered: Short Ribs Rice Platter. The flavors were ridiculously good, I ate this like it was my last meal ever. The ribs were nice and tender and the jasmine rice was soft. This platter came with a fresh side salad and a VERY flavorful broth. The salad dressing was PERFECT and slightly sweet I had to take some home. Luckily, my server suggested this without me having to ask. It's not a big place, but they do have a good amount of tables to sit down and 2 TVs. It was clean and the tables and chairs were spacious and comfortable. I'm so happy to have a banh mi option in Brandon!! Even better that it actually tastes great. I've had them twice in a week because it was so good the first time. When I got it today, the bread was a little cool so I toasted it again at home. It's delicious though. I'm so glad they actually pickle their veggies and include pate on all of the sandwiches. So many places I've been to lately don't pickle the veggies enough and won't put pate on the grilled pork sandwich. I don't think it's a banh mi without it, so I was very satisfied with my sandwiches both times I have ordered from here. The bread itself could be better. I wish it was freshly baked bread and not Publix quality. Not bad at all but it would be so much better with better bread. The Vietnamese iced coffee is too strong for me. I will try again and ask for extra condensed milk to see if I like it. The banh bao tastes like my Vietnamese relatives made it for me. It's really good and my son approved!
