Though I find most servers/workers of Asian restaurants to be friendlier than at other American restaurants, the attitude of the staff at Foo Chow seems to be a cut above the norm. Finally, though this restaurant was packed during both my visits, amazingly, the noise is not oppressively loud. Woohoo! Though the restaurant sits a few miles outside the main BR area, its wide selection of grub, tasty dishes, affordable cost, and happy ambiance makes Foo Chow a great first try for American Chinese food lovers.
