    Sushi deluxe $15

Sushi Village is the cutest little sushi restaurant. It definitely seems family run and that just makes me want to support them even more, since the service is always so sweet. They have some amazing sushi deals. You can get 3 basic sushi rolls for $12.99, or 2 basic rolls for $9.99. My personal favorites are the sushi or sashimi deals. These all come with miso soup and a salad. I always have leftovers. Their sushi tastes pretty fresh, especially for the price you pay, and they don't skimp on the fish! I usually refuse to eat a piece of sushi in more than 1 bite, but the cuts are so big that I have to eat it in 2 bites. Overall, great service, decent sushi, and amazing prices. Definitely a fan.

COVID-19 Waitr Review: I've heard great things about this place, but I honestly had a pretty terrible experience. I ordered two Hibachi dinners through Waitr, but they still got the order wrong. We ordered salads, but instead received Miso soup. The hibachi the blandest that I have ever had. There was just no flavor. We ordered snow crab salad, but it was drowning in mayonnaise, and the crab tasted very strange. I was okay with them using artificial crab meat, but it may have been spoiled. It was not cold like I would have anticipated. Not good. We also ordered some dumplings, but they too were underwhelming. They had a white stuffing that didn't resemble meat at all. This dinner for two was not good.

Always really delicious, and the prices are really good! My family and I especially love the house roll, and shrimp tempura roll.

I love this place. This is the freshest Japanese food you can get let alone on a fast food or pizza budget. Their roe sashimi is a steal.

The inside was clean, spacious, and wasn't busy, which was nice bec we weren't fighting swarms of people like at a typical buffet. I tried a little sample of just about everything. I loved how the food was hot and I'd say the chicken dishes were my favorite. I was pleased with the price, it was a little over $30 for 2 adults, which I felt was good for an AYCE buffet on the weekend. Overall, I'd recommend Hunan if you're in the mood for a fair priced delicious AYCE Chinese buffet!

** UPDATE ** 3/13/26 Guess management read my prior review…read more Came again for lunch today and they had a young man making the sushi fresh. Although limited selection, 2 offered rolls incorporated tempura shrimp, and since I only eat cooked sushi - I was thrilled. Hunan still has great fried wonton, dumplings and the BEST spicy pork dish on any buffet in town. Today I also tried their steam fish entree which was offered in a very light (soy/mirrin?) sauce - sooo tasty, and I don't even like fish much but keep trying to incorporate into my meals for light protein. When I asked the workers there what type of fish it was because it did not taste fishy at all, he said catfish which I was frankly shocked. I usually don't like fish because it's so FISHY tasting, but the way that they steamed it in there light Asian sauce really made it flaky and delicious without a strong fishy taste. Although this buffet is by far one of the smallest in the Sherwood / Broadmoor areas, if you haven't tried it yet I definitely recommend you do so. Especially if you can come going to buffet is fresh when they open at 11:00 a.m.

We were out running errands and the pang of hunger reminded us that we had not eaten breakfast…read more Following a brief stop at the Asian Mart, we proceeded to Teriyaki Tiger, which was conveniently located nearby. The estimated wait time for our call-in order was 18 minutes. My husband arrived 5 minutes after placing the order and found that it was ready for pickup, enabling a quick in-and-out experience. This establishment proudly proclaimed on its website, 'Extraordinary specialty, authentic taste carefully selects the freshest ingredients and serving traditional Japanese culinary skills to satisfy your taste buds.' After driving by it numerous times, we decided to indulge in one traditional, authentic Japanese item from their menu, eager to experience the epitome of culinary excellence. Marvin Gaye sang 'What's Going On?' So, let me describe what's going on at Teriyard Tiger, located at 11228 Florida Blvd... absolutely nothing. Because when it comes to authentic Japanese dumplings, they are not being served here. The perfectly crispy looking machine-made dumplings looked crispy, but tasted like eating a flavorless frisbee. As someone who shelled out $12.13 for two orders of dumplings, I expected to get the real deal, not some pre-made, pre-frozen impostors. The filling was basically just cabbage with some mystery meat that might've been pork, but I'm not convinced. And don't even get me started on the soy sauce - it was like they tried to recreate Japanese flavors, but ended up with something that tasted like it belonged in a bad 80s movie. Here's a tip: just use Kikkoman like a normal person. Several reviewers are praising this establishment, but my initial experience with their dumplings was underwhelming. The cost of dining out has skyrocketed across the USAs and menu prices keep climbing. Wasting my coin on mediocre food is not an option so as the adage goes, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Unfortunately, they failed to impress by serving frozen food, which raises concerns about the freshness and quality of their offerings. This experience has led me to question the authenticity of their claims. Consequently, sticking to my one time resolution I will not be giving them a second chance unless someone else is treating.
