If care about your vehicle and the use of your vehicle, stay away from this company. Initially worked with them to purchase a set of wheels and everything went normally. However, after ordering an exhaust nothing went smoothly. They sent me the exhaust with parts missing (which was noted after install). When communicating with the advisor (Durwin), he would go weeks without an update, blaming it on one party or another. After over a month with my car not in use and a credit card dispute filed, they ended up asking for the part to shipped back to them for which they would charge me a 35% restocking fee. Bare minimum service for premium prices. Went in for sway bars a tune and some braking investigation. Left with sway bars, a rattling exhaust, excuses and a $585 labor bill. Nothing through them was worth me waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, dropping the car off, renting a car for 2 days and then returning to be told they didn't do anything. There wasn't even really an apology to me, he seemed more pissed that he couldn't sell me the product and make money, almost like it was my fault he failed to research what he was selling. Finally I dont know why hes gotta lie but saying they didn't remove the exhaust to swap the rear sway bar??? But somehow it also took 3 hours of labor??? He didn't want to take responsibility for my exhaust when he had the car in the shop, only after i left and told him it wasnt right, bullshit man. What an absolute horrible experience and a total waste of my time and money. read more

I can't speak highly enough of this shop and specifically Durwin. I have had a Cayenne S for 3 years. When I bought it, I always envisioned modifying it by painting the skid plate, rockers, and diffuser to have more of a GTS look. But my dreams were shattered when I took it to multiple shops that told me no dice. I had honestly given up hope. Well, unfortunately, I got into a minor fender bender in Jan, and I was searching for repair shops for my front bumper. I was driving by TAG, and even though they aren't a body shop per say, I figured I would ask them as well and maybe put a front lip. When I took the car to Durwin we walked around the car and I was saying I was thinking of putting a lip. But then he asked me, "have you ever thought about painting it? We could do that when we take the bumper off anyway." I was SHOCKED. I was like okay but I have an upper limit of what I am hoping to spend on all this. I gave him my budget and he said let me see. Came back the next day with that distinct friendly Durwin voice, "No problem, we will do it all and keep it in your budget." They even helped me with the insurance claim part of the bumper that needed a repair. After that every step of the way Durwin treated me like his only client, even when I knew that wasn't true. He completely understood my dream vision and made it even better. They even did a few extra things like they read my mind. I had selected to with Ceramic Pro to have the PPF put back on, and Durwin went out of his way to coordinate with that time and even deliver the car to them. At the end I asked Durwin, what's the damage, and he came in UNDER his original quote! I was like this has to be a joke. While the accident sucked and I was bummed for months I had damaged my whip, in the end it feels like TAG and Durwin delivered me a new car and I couldn't be happier. I called and emailed Pryce several times in November regarding finding wheels, tires and parts for my vehicle. He said they were working on it, but he never contacted me back. I would have to contact him to find out what he found. This went on for a month. I don't believe he ever did look. He should have said sorry I can't help you or I don't want your business. Pryce is a terrible communicator. Not proactive. Just does enough to answer your emails and that's it. With this poor experience, I will never recommend Tag Motorsports to anyone. In fact, I will say don't waste your time with them. I highly recommend JBM Offroad in Anaheim for your offroad vehicle needs. I had some wheels mounted a couple months ago. To their credit, they did a great job. No marks on the wheels due to negligence. I'm writing this review because my close friend recently had some wheel mounted. After the wheels were mounted, the tech proceeded to launch the car out of the parking lot. My friend asked why they did it, and they gave a poor excuse, saying the wanted to make sure the wheels aren't loose. It's one thing if you wanted to go for a cruise to see if the wheels were balanced properly, it's something else if you take a customer's car without their permission and proceeds to launch it out of the parking lots. I have a decent amount of track experience, so I've had plenty of tires mounted. I've never had a tech launch my car out of a parking lot to make sure they don't fall off. Also, when he left, they were launching a Mcclaren. Maybe the owner told them to have at it, who knows, but it's worth mentioning. I also want to add, they charged me $200 to take off my tires off my old wheels, and mount it on my new wheels. That's it. At first I didn't think too much of it. They have perfect reviews, and they work on a lot of exotics. There was literally not a mark on my wheel. They were 3k wheels, I was happy, so I didn't look into it much. My friend had the same procedure done. Take the tires off the old wheels, and mount it on new wheels. They charged him $100. I have no idea what happened there, but I have no plans on going back. read more

Literally one of the worst shops I've been to. Don't be fooled by their online presence. Took this shop 9 hours to install an ABT HAS suspension on my S4 while I waited. Then when they dropped it on the ground and it only dropped 1/2 inch at a full low setting. They scratched their heads and said oh well. They rushed to do an alignment last minute. I received no printout of the settings. After research I suspected that they did not torque the rear while it was under load. Full Rookie error. Not to mention that when the tech took off for test drive he full on bombed the car at full throttle on a cold engine. These guys are full on idiots and I've told everyone I know in the car community to avoid this shop. Took it to another shop and had them re-do the rear. Got the drop I should have from the beginning. I also had the the alignment redone. Initial settings from Tag were set to toe out as well as everything else being off. Why anyone would trust their Porsche or Ferrari to these fools is beyond me. read more

I would not support a shop like this. TAG copied our exact design of our product Trackspec Autosports LWB Seat Brackets, and started selling them on Rennlist as a site sponsor and on their website. We replied to it, but they closed all their posts so that no one can comment and suddenly took the part off their website. Our shop DOES NOT sell our brackets to other vendors for them to rebrand and resell, so this is a complete rip off. Super shady. My fiance, owner of Trackspec, spent a lot of time coming up with this design. We even had one of our customers who is an engineer make the CAD file as a favor to us. All our brackets are manufactured by a local machine shop, here in CA. We had multiple revisions of it and finally got it right, our prototype sitting on my desk right now. We are a small service shop (opened 4 years ago) that wanted to help a customer address the angle issue he was having with his Porsche LWB seats. We are not in the business of manufacturing parts, but thought many people can benefit from these brackets, so we put them out there on the market. Shops like TAG Motorsports, who just copy and steal from small shops like us, just make this industry more frustrating to deal with. If they have the audacity to do this, (also have the means and the time), who knows what other unethical practices they do. I would not support a shop like this. read more
