I received notice that my suit was ready for pick up and went to pick up my suit. When I got there I found that it had not been dry cleaned, but instead had a rejection label on it. When I asked what happened, the clerk stated that it had pet hair on it. In looking at the suit, there was no pet hair on it, only fabric lint. I then noticed that the back of the suit was covered in thick dryer lint. It looked as though they had dropped it on the floor in dryer lint and then rejected it because it was too much work to clean. I now still have a funeral to go to with no suit and not enough time to take it to a real dry cleaner. Also their machines are down frequently and so using this location has been unreliable. Go somewhere else that takes care of their machines and your clothes, because this location does neither.

They moved to a different location and gave plenty of notice and no, selling machines doesn't make you a garment repair shop. I've bought multiple machines here and have always gotten excellent service. They sell Viking, Pfaff and Brother and have used machines as well. No one has been rude to me or hung up on me in the 25 years I've been a customer. They go out of their way to be helpful and really care about their customers and the products they sell. If I didn't search Yelp!, I would never have known. I read the great reviews and decided to give them a shot. I had three suits that I could no longer wear because I had lost a lot of weight and at least 6 inches from my waistline. Getting the pants to look like they fit me normally instead of fitting me like a clown would be challenging, but I decided to go for it and I was pleasantly surprised. The first fitting left the pants a little loose, but once I brought them back, they were corrected in no time. I wore my suits this past week and no one noticed that the pants were once a size 38 waist! My boss probably didn't know that it was the same suit I wore during my interview, 50 pounds before. My only complaint is that I did not know of these gentlemen sooner. I will be bringing more trousers to them for fitting, I still have a few that could be tightened up around the waist... Oh! I forgot to add, their pricing is fair. I once had to pay more to have a pair of pants brought in than I paid to purchase the pants, when taking them to a dry cleaner one time. I paid a fraction of the cost this time, and much more work was done. Thank you so much for breathing life back into three suits I was sad to have stopped wearing, even though the reason was a good one.

They were able to turn my dress around pretty quickly, but there were issues -- it was tightened too much so I couldn't zip it up and they had adjusted the straps and didn't reinstall the bra strap loops. I was going on a trip and really wanted to take the dress with me so they had me wait on site and quickly let it out a little bit. I appreciated that they were willing to do that. They loosened it enough that I was able to zip it up without issues, but the front was bunching in a weird way. They were closing and I was leaving on my trip the following day. When I asked if I could bring the dress back to readjust the straps after my trip (which they had done as part of my order, also evidenced by the missing bra strap loops), they said they hadn't adjusted the straps and that I couldn't bring it back. The cost was $70. I don't think I'll be going back to this tailor. My friends have recommended others who charge a lot less and will ensure you're happy with the fitting before they close out the order. So I'll be taking this dress to someone else now to do the final fixes for an additional cost. :/

He is extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately this happened right before our PCS date. They outsource their dry cleaning so my coat could be anywhere. I have received $0 in reimbursement and can't even get the owner/manager to call me back. It wasn't just me because shortly after my incident another customer brought a 44R that was not his either. Aside from this the Marine Shop employees have endless reports of shrinkage caused by them.

And STILL the dress is too small but they would not listen to me when I asked for it to be slightly bigger. It felt like I was being dismissed and they were really poor at communication. But again, when I came by the store he/she was not there. I have now had to reorder the suit pants and vest from the tailor who created the suit prior, so am out the $100 he has graciously agreed to charge me to remake the 2 pieces to match. That's in addition to multiple wasted trips to the store and seemingly nobody ever there empowered to reimburse me or explain how this happpend.
