They only detailed the interior, but the results were excellent. The car is about 14 years old and had some pretty bad stains from spills that had built up over the years. After the detailing, the interior looked almost like new. The job ended up taking quite a while, but the detailer was extremely thorough and worked consistently throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the good communication along the way. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out. Just picked up my car that I had detailed today. The exterior of the car met my expectations. The…read moreinterior of the car did not. Upon check-in I'd let people know that the stains that I was concerned about were the ones on the doors and the ones on the back of the seats from cargo. As soon as I picked up the vehicle, I was dissatisfied because the door panels were no cleaner then when I brought them, the whole purpose of this detail was to get the staining out of the doors. The gal at the front desk told me if they were unable to get the staining out they would call me with more options. I was not provided any options for the door staining and was not notified these stains did not come out. After we paid I could see the stains were still there and I alerted the business I was not satisfied. They had a guy come out with a rag and rub the door panel, which of course did nothing. I was told the staining was likely permanent and I would probably need to replace the door panels. Since this is just a little bit of dark marks, I was shocked by this. When I got home, I got out my rag and cleaned and unsurprisingly I got the door panels much cleaner than they were after an almost $600 service. You can take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself. The second one is how the door panel looked up upon pick up and how it turned out five minutes of elbow grease from me back at my house. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.
