Just picked up my car that I had detailed today. The exterior of the car met my expectations. The…read moreinterior of the car did not. Upon check-in I'd let people know that the stains that I was concerned about were the ones on the doors and the ones on the back of the seats from cargo. As soon as I picked up the vehicle, I was dissatisfied because the door panels were no cleaner then when I brought them, the whole purpose of this detail was to get the staining out of the doors. The gal at the front desk told me if they were unable to get the staining out they would call me with more options. I was not provided any options for the door staining and was not notified these stains did not come out. After we paid I could see the stains were still there and I alerted the business I was not satisfied. They had a guy come out with a rag and rub the door panel, which of course did nothing. I was told the staining was likely permanent and I would probably need to replace the door panels. Since this is just a little bit of dark marks, I was shocked by this. When I got home, I got out my rag and cleaned and unsurprisingly I got the door panels much cleaner than they were after an almost $600 service. You can take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself. The second one is how the door panel looked up upon pick up and how it turned out five minutes of elbow grease from me back at my house. Would you be satisfied?

Update Michael Justis blocked me after confronting him as feels threatened;…read more His response "Your recent review and the way you have been communicating with me have crossed the line from a customer concern into something that is disrespectful and malicious. Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. I wish you the best and hope you are able to resolve your concerns through another certified shop." keep in mind he's the one who contacted and showed up first . to multiple shops after I chose his competitor(s) haven't seen this man since 2024. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.
