On the last weekend of the Summer stroll I landed on Francisco street. You will see a line and once inside you will find lots of bake goods. I ordered the classic croissant and it was flakey like some in SF. It was buttery and tasty. I also got the Corn Proscuitto Croissant and was corny like some on social media feed. I then got the Rice Roll Special Bun which was my favorite and it was savory with lots flavor. I washed it all down with Apple Pie Matcha for Don Juan De La Matcha. In my judgement Butter and Crumble is one of the best bakery in the city. Tasted like a boba milk tea hehe! You need to take the cake out of the fridge at least 2 hours in advance of serving and we did just that. The cake was still a little chilled but so moist and fresh!
