The customer service was great and it was listed in a strip mall, so there was plenty of parking. I ordered the sushi burrito and we were able to pick what we wanted in it. The flavors were decent but I was baffled at how little shrimp was in the burrito. It felt like about two pieces of shrimp tempura. The ramen was pretty flat in flavor; I had to season it when I got home. We tried the new brown sugar mochi pieces and those were really great. The tea egg was cooked perfectly and I believe it was bamboo shoots that were also tasty. The pork belly was tender, but I did feel that it was lacking flavor. I asked for the mango sauce on the side for her because I didn't know if she would like it. Honestly, I didn't know if she would like any of it except for the avocados. Turns out she ate the whole thing! Even the raw salmon which obviously surprised me since she has never eaten raw fish. She loved it all. I also loved my ramen but I felt something was missing from the pork. I don't know enough from Japanese food to know if it's supposed to be like this. I thoroughly enjoyed it though! I've gone here a couple times now. Is it the best ramen I've ever had in my life? No. But Taichi is awesome for other reasons like having a full bubble tea bar -- which IS awesome. They also have some other not so soupy staples like Karaage style fried chicken-- which is very good. There's a reason why this place is a popular spot with locals. Plus the decor is very cool looking and eye catching.
