    Shrimp soup

We visited this place in a storm and it was so worth it. We were greeted immediately and offered to choose our seat. It's not a lot of frills in this place, but that doesn't matter because the food is solid. You have an option of several different types of Asian foods: Japanese, Thai and Chinese. I opted for the shrimp soup as my appetizer and the pink lady roll, both very delicious, actually I had to take majority of my roll home because the soup portion size was more than enough and so good I had to eat it all. My date had the avocado crab ball and the pineapple shrimp fried rice. He enjoyed both, but the pineapples were definitely canned and it wasn't that flavorful. I would like to also note that when the menu references "crab", it is imitation crab not real crab. In terms of drinks, he had asian beer and I had wine, they have a limited drink menu as there is not a full bar available. The services was quick and attentive. I will be returning very soon .

I don't know why I haven't ordered from them sooner! Huge selection, very friendly service, reasonable prices, and the food was good too! I ordered Chinese, but am tempted to try the sushi next time (not sure I would risk the Thai, but who knows). In addition to the dish I ordered, they even through in a free bowl of soup. The interior was nicely decorated, and again, the staff we really friendly. Would be a fun option for an affordable dinner out with lots of options to appeal to people that couldn't agree on what to get for dinner. Can't wait to come back and try dine-in.

Good was fast and fresh. The hostess was ready with my food when I arrived, only taking a few mins. The sushi was solid and affordable. The inside of the restaurant seemed nice and spacious.

The worst pad Thai I have ever had. It was like they watered down sweet and sour sauce and poured it in the bottom? The chicken was also the nastiest and fakest meat I've ever had. It was almost half veggies, barely any noodles either. The staff is nice and it's not a bad place to sit down. Don't get the pad Thai.

    Spring rolls empty

Egg drop soup, just so so. No reel flavor , I'm sure it comes out of a box , as do the spring roll .

The best Chinese food in Annapolis by far. They have a diverse menu with Chinese, Thai, Japanese, as well as sushi. Prices are incredibly reasonable, especially their lunch specials. The orange chicken is probably the best orange chicken I've ever had. It taste so fresh as if they just picked the oranges off the tree. This is one of my go to places. They also have the most attentive staff there is. The lady that owns the place could not be friendlier and you will always be greeted with a smile and laughter. Highly recommended!!

Our absolute favorite sushi place in Annapolis! Great service and better sushi. Get the Dance Dragon! You can tell it's a family owned business because they are so personable and nice. Bonus: They give you hot towels to clean your hands before you eat.

I usually approach suburban sushi joints with a bit of trepidation, but tbh, I had an excellent experience here. Located in a cookie-cutter strip mall, the place was PACKED on a Friday night. The interior could also be described as "any Asian restaurant in America" with tile flooring, dark hardwood furniture, a large sushi bar, and generic art pieces on the wall. We started with an appetizer of Edamame and small bottles of hot sake. The soybeans were steamed in their pods and lightly salted and had that addictive quality which paired well with the slightly sweet and acidic flavor profile of sake. Sushi plate arrived about 10 minutes later, and again for suburb sushi, I was pleasantly surprised. Standouts included: * spider roll - Deep fried soft shell crab is a standard bearer and is a reflection of the sushi chefs skills. Crab had a light batter and wasn't overly oily. * Spicy scallop - Anytime a place advertises a dish as being spicy, my default is it will be "American level spicy." The scallops tasted fresh and didn't have any slimy texture (unlike at some places). Cucumber and tempura bits added a nice crunch; spicy mayo was more sweet than adding any heat. * Wicked Tuna Roll - Actually, quite good. Inside the roll contained spicy tuna, cukes, onions; which was then topped with cuts of tuna and a jalpeno "salsa." All of the contrasting flavors complemented each other. Service was as expected. Wait staff arrived within 3 minutes of initial seating, kept water glasses filled, and frequently stopped by to check on us. If you're out in Edgewater or the Annapolis area and are seeking good sushi, bookmark Nova.

We tried the edamame, kimchi tacos, pork belly, and scallops. Everything was enjoyable, but the kimchi tacos were the highlight of the meal. Service was good, and the restaurant had a comfortable, lively feel. It worked well as both a dinner spot and a place to stay for a few drinks. I'd definitely consider going back.

If you are celebrating an event, this could definitely be a cute spot for it. The restaurant accommodated 10 of us. They seated us quickly and our waitress was very attentive. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made personalized suggestions for each person. Restaurant was also extremely good at handling allergies. We got a plethora of rolls across the table and most things were so good. There were a couple of rolls that were not my favorite and the miso soup was overly salty, but those two things were literally the only downsides of my entire experience. Verdict: if you're in Annapolis definitely give Tsunami a try!

The bread probably was from supermarket and it wasn't chive butter but green onion. OG Caesar was basically wedge salad with heavy pesto oil, overall oily and salty. Lomi Lomi Salmon... Not good.
