We visited Sandy Pointe State Park.. many restaurants that we wanted to eat at were either over the bridge or closing soon by the time we left and Based on the 4 star reviews and 10:30 closing time we decided to eat here. Let me put this out here now. The 2 stars is for FOOD and id give 4 stars for CUSTOMER SERVICE if I could. Based on photos on reviews people praised the sushi rolls etc but my group wanted a variety of everything because well we dined with kids. Their menu consists of sushi, Thai food, Chinese food etc ... we ordered a plethora of food . shrimp tempura, chicken and vegetable tempura, kids steak.. sizzling beef w rice... sushi entree.. miso soups and tom yum soup and pad Thai. THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD! we've dined at many sushi restaurants, Thai food places ,Chinese restaurants.. we KNOW what things should taste like and this was NOT it at all. The sizzling rice beef only good thing about it was the presentation. The sizzle and smoke show when it arrived. This dish was made with such a generic bland sauce with wierd textured beef. It was EDIBLE.. But thats all I can say. Pad thai.. my my my .. This was the most soupy orange colored looking dish with over cooked noodles. Tasted NOTHING like pad thai.. please remove this off the menu. The shrimp tempura.. tell me why on your menu you described this as lightly battered shrimp etc etc like it was hand made and dipped by you in in tempura flakes? not only did this dish come out wayyyy too fast after ordering that we KNEW once we got the shrimp tempura that this place wasnt going to be good. The shrimp tempura was clearly frozen and the horrible coating that you usually get with frozen shrimp tempura from the store was thick and shrimp was skinny and inedible. idk if this was microwaved but i doubt they even fried it since it literally came out in 5 min after ordering. Costco shrimp tempura in the freezer section would of been way better than this. My kids barely touched this dish and they LOVE shrimp tempura so much. Please change the description on your menu. It makes it seem like you would be dipping and coating your own shrimp tempura when in fact this is frozen and coated in a thick bread batter not in a nice light tempura flakes batter.. the sushi! OMG.. The sushi Entree was horrible. The fish looked like play dough .. i felt bad for my husband .. the sushi was not fresh idk where they get their fish from but the sushi looked as if it was "Play sushi " the colors were off.. My husband said there was something off about the taste and we could see it. We've dined at many sushi restaurants from high end to $ sushi restaurants.. We've even had sushi in Korea,& Japan.. the texture, the look of the fish pieces this was inedible and not sushi. Would not recommend. Tom yum soup.. very orange.. very concentrated needed more water and the shrimp were diced in small pieces. Maybe used 2-3 shrimp and this cost $7. There was only a sour taste and no spice to it at all. Don't recommend if you know me I HATE wasting money on bad food. The reviews definitely tricked us into coming here. The only thing I felt like was a 7/10 was the sushi rolls which had spicy tuna , shrimp tempura, and all the sauces on top from eel sauce and spicy mayo. That was the only dish I felt like tasted fine. The Chinese, Thai and sushi dishes were not good and this place is crossed off my list of restaurants. It sucked knowing once we got our first dish I just knew the dishes coming after the shrimp weren't going to be good and my entire group agreed.. so disappointing. Almost $80 down the drain for my family and i. if you're going to have a variety of different cuisines on your menu please perfect them. Otherwise focus on ONE because non of the dishes tasted good. or authentic to how it should've tasted or been made!. 0 stars if I could. SMH . we left 1 hour before closing no other customers in the restaurant after we arrived around 830pm They were counting the registers by 9pm. They close at 1030pm. That should tell you something.. This is our go-to takeout sushi spot that we love so much! It's not too far away and the turnaround time for takeout is usually pretty quick, averaging around 20 minutes. I LOVE the crispy tuna jalapeño appetizer- it is SO good and we get our usual sushi rolls or general tso's/beef and broccoli/sweet and sour chicken dishes sometimes too. They have a really great assortment. We have dined in for a rare date night out which was also a good experience and not very crowded. We just happen to prefer this location for takeout. read more

We visited this place in a storm and it was so worth it. We were greeted immediately and offered to choose our seat. It's not a lot of frills in this place, but that doesn't matter because the food is solid. You have an option of several different types of Asian foods: Japanese, Thai and Chinese. I opted for the shrimp soup as my appetizer and the pink lady roll, both very delicious, actually I had to take majority of my roll home because the soup portion size was more than enough and so good I had to eat it all. My date had the avocado crab ball and the pineapple shrimp fried rice. He enjoyed both, but the pineapples were definitely canned and it wasn't that flavorful. I would like to also note that when the menu references "crab", it is imitation crab not real crab. In terms of drinks, he had asian beer and I had wine, they have a limited drink menu as there is not a full bar available. The services was quick and attentive. Don't let the rather dark, unwelcoming interior deter you. This place has some of the best food we have found in this area: Seaweed salad-very good with nice slices of cucumber and a tangy dressing Butterfly Roll-very good, nice crunch Veg Tempura-my favorite batter of all. Veg were soft but not mushy I prefer using teriyaki dipping sauce instead of tempura and theirs is outstanding. Gen Tso Chicken-all white meat, nice crunch on batter-very nice sauce-in my top 3 here Mango Chicken-this was the only miss-far below par but we can forgive them one dish for the quality of the rest. To be a 5 star, they really need to brighten the interior and address the smell. I ordered Chinese, but am tempted to try the sushi next time (not sure I would risk the Thai, but who knows). In addition to the dish I ordered, they even through in a free bowl of soup. The interior was nicely decorated, and again, the staff we really friendly. My husband and I were craving Chinese food and since our usual place was closed we decided to make the drive to Cape St. Claire. I like that Nagoya has a lot of variety on the menu including Chinese entrees, Japanese entrees, sushi, sashimi and even some Thai dishes. My husband ordered the General Tso's chicken which was the best I've ever had. I ordered low mein which was good but I was wishing I had also ordered the General Tso's chicken. We've come here a few times and the food is always decent. Recently, we tried some new rolls, and I may have found a new favorite. The Gina roll was phenomenal. The tuna on top was premium grade sushi and probably the best cut of fish I e had this year. Absolutely amazing. The Lion king roll and the Snow White roll were equally as good. Combo soba was delicious. Tender chunks or beef, chicken and shrimp. I tend to like my soba noodles thinner, but these were still delicious. The service was great, very attentive. The best Chinese food in Annapolis by far. They have a diverse menu with Chinese, Thai, Japanese, as well as sushi. Prices are incredibly reasonable, especially their lunch specials. The orange chicken is probably the best orange chicken I've ever had. It taste so fresh as if they just picked the oranges off the tree. This is one of my go to places. This place does a ton of takeout as many are still petrified of Covid , Alpha, Beta, Delta, Kappa... so sitting down immediately without a mask was easy and fine. Still good, not much you can say about weed, unless your from Colorado, New Jersey etc.. Main course was a Sushi Sashimi combo and it didn't disappoint. Large pieces of fish, about 15-20% more than most places and fresh which is the most important! Only thing missing was scallop which I really enjoy. The combo has the typical fish you would expect and on my order I asked for a spicy salmon roll instead of the California roll. Now this roll is made with minced Salmon and some type of crunch? It was good and I see this as a trend lately where they are not using a chunk of Salmon, the taste is good so not sure if I care although psychologically I feel cheated if that makes sense? Anyway I was completely filled with the meal and as for Beer, if you buy a non-Japanese brand for 5.50, you get the 2nd one free! Folks that's 2.75 per beer, I think I will go there just to drink!! Wish they had a bar but wait, they do, a Sushi bar, HA! Finally a good Asian restaurant with great food that can be delivered. That's a rare find in this area, as we have had quite a few disappointments in the past. Slim pickings for Asian cuisine delivery for sure... until now! Decided to give this place a try based on Yelp reviews and it was very good. The fried rice was excellent, fresh perfectly cooked and flavored, my favorite. Other dishes we tried included the Yakitori chicken and tuna, salmon hand rolls. All delicious! I took one star off for the teriyaki beef. The beef was probably pre frozen and tasted dry. No flavor, bland even with the sauce. Maybe should have asked for it to be cooked medium? However It was served on a bed of again, perfectly cooked broccoli mushrooms carrots and onion. The veggies were just divine. Not soggy, not raw, just perfect. I really enjoyed the vegetables. Delivery was through door dash and the food arrived well packaged, nice and hot. We will order from here again and probably will go in to the restaurant soon. read more

Very good sushi as well as traditional Asian fare. I usually get the General Tso chicken with white rice. The chicken is of very good quality which is not usually the case with General Tso chicken at most Asian restaurants. They give you a decent portion as well but the price is a little more than most places. The sushi here is very good as well. I enjoy the specialty rolls but go for the more traditional sushi rolls most of the time. The fish is fresh and of good quality. The staff is freakishly friendly but in a good way lol The restaurant is clean and I've never waited too long for my food to come out. Give these guys a try if you're in the Cape area read more
