We chose beef and extra shrimp. P7 Coconut Sorbet - Coconut milk ice cream, not bad, a little too sweet, and had a little bit of coconut meat. The tom kau soup doesn't need to be thick, but definitely needs more coconut milk to get the flavor and consistency. Same with the curry. It seemed like the dish was floating and needed more fat to straighten out both flavor and texture. The chicken satay was smothered in the sauce. It gave the impression of chicken drowning in gravy. A tip would be raise the peanut butter content, and serve the sauce on the side in a dipping bowl so the chicken gets a chance to shine. The mens room was unsanitary. There was a hasty "paint-over" a huge hole in the wall and the urine odor was terrible. Finally, the menu has a system of hot represented by American (1 pepper) Mexican (2 pepper) and Thai (3 pepper). I get the message but there's no need for the nationalistic stereo types and loaded assumptions. A clear and clean 1-3 peppers is all that's needed.
