We drove all the way from Riverside,CA to try out their Boba. When we arrived the gentleman informed us that the Boba had just ran out, he said if we have him 15 min he can make more. Is it shaved ice? Is it ice cream? No it's snow! What is snow you maybe asking, it's flavored ice blocks that is shaved. This place has a variety of different flavors. I tried the green tea, mango and honeydew. The green tea was very flavorful and it wasn't too strong. You had a good enough flavor without the taste of matcha overwhelming you. The mango was very light and it was potent! And their honeydew was very sweet and it had the same exact flavor of honeydew. I've had a difficult time trying to find decent boba in the OC. I don't understand why an entire region can't make something as simple as boba. I also know that boba can also be complex being that it has many different incarnations. Tai Tea does its best impression of boba and it is very commendable. I ordered Triple the Trouble which is a tea blended with strawberry, peach and mango along with boba jelly and mango bits. The three fruit blend is very refreshing, you can taste the individual fruits with them all working in perfect unison. The strawberry sweetness definitely satisfies your sweet tooth and the peach/mango balance it out with a kiss of bitterness. The mango bits really stand out because they are in abundance to say the least, it's sort of like a 50/50 mix where you find your self chewing as much as drinking but it works. A friend and I came here looking for a bomb boba place since the other one we wanted to check out was closed for the day. We stumbled upon Tai Tea and were so happy with everything! He got the strawberry lychee and I got lavender milk tea. Both drinks tasted soooo good and the taste and quality of the boba shocked us. I was looking around for some boba milk tea places on Yelp and came across this cute little shop. I'm coming down from the Bay Area and wanted to try a different boba place that I don't have up in Northern California. I want to say this shop, have really good teas. The taste of the tea in the milk is not over powering and the sweetness level is perfect. I ordered their Jasmine Green Milk Tea with Herbal Jelly with 75% less sweet and 50% ice. The staffs were extremely nice and they apologize for the wait. The group of #'s ahead of me, were a family of like 5 children so I totally understand. I came during a Sunday on labor weekend, around noon and the place was not busy. There were lot's of seating and parking was okay to find. I only parked in front of the store, so I don't know if there were any other parking lots for the place as I'm not familiar with the area. The environment has a nice vibe to it, it's very floral and cute. I would come back here when I visit down south. The menu is simple and easy to read. read more

Been craving a boba tea all day. Searched on yelp and seems everyone recommended this place if you are in Orange. Well, I'm not a fan of the location, it's an old fashioned outdoor strip mall and I mean old fashion as in ghost town. It's a small little boba shop that sells other sweet stuff that I did not look into. I ordered a jasmine and coconut milk tea. I will say I've had better, but the owner and his assistant were incredibly nice and had an amazing attitude. I love it when I see owners of small shops really making an effort to provide great customer service. Avoid, Awful service My aunt and I had a taste for tea after having a nice meal and decided to go to Tai Tea in the evening. We noticed on the inside, neither the woman at the register nor the young man working there had masks on even in the midst of the COVID19 crisis. Something my aunt and I noticed was the incredibly rude, dry, and unwelcoming treatment by the young woman at the register. I have a hunch why she was rude to *us* in particular, but it's a mere speculation. It was so bad I almost asked my aunt if she wanted to leave but we decided to order anyway. I understand why people in the service industry may be stressed at this time however they didn't seem very busy. She seemed annoyed that we were even there. Two cups of tea, no boba, an incredibly simple order took very long nearly ten minutes. We were the only customers there and they had no delivery orders to prepare. The young man who made our tea handled the lids without gloves. He was kind and polite thankfully. My aunt's tea was cold-lukewarm which again is disappointing seeing as it took an incredible amount of time to prepare. Mine was warm. Ultimately, I can't see myself back at an establishment that doesn't value patronage from people like me so I won't be back. It's unfortunate as the location is nice, cute, and could be a good business. I would ultimately avoid. read more

My friend ordered a Jasmine Tea with boba & I ordered a Thai green tea with egg pudding. Right away when I saw my drink, I noticed my friend's boba proportion was bigger than my egg pudding portion which looked like small blocks of egg pudding floating at the bottom. I tried to tell the guy that I felt like it wasn't enough egg pudding & it wasn't really solved, he just said "It's enough, I put a whole scoop in there" and since I saw somebody in line I felt like I had to just say okay even though I still felt like it was barely any egg pudding, at least in comparison to the amount of boba topping they put for my friend. My drink overall was okay but my friend said her drink didn't taste good. It sucked because it was her birthday and wanted it to at least be decent place. Also a side rant here, but it's so annoying that boba cashiers don't ask you if you want to adjust your sugar level and ice level. I've resorted to remembering that for myself from now on. But just wanted to vent that it sucks that they don't ask, it feels like They don't care by not asking and just want your money. I think boba cashiers should be trained to ask If you'd like any toppings, adjusting sugar and ice levels so the customer can be the most satisfied they can be. Upon entering the establishment it was very cute...clean, young type atmosphere. Amongst my 2 other friends I ordered first since I usually keep my drink simple when trying a new boba place. I ordered a small green tea with Boba. Upon receiving my drink there was milk in it and I therefore proceeded to state that I didn't order a milk tea. She looked confused and instead of saying "sorry let me fix that" I got "you ordered milk". Which I did not. Then she proceeded to charge me for a new drink and the other girl behind the wall making drinks told her not to. I still received no sorry just rolling eyes and dismay. This would definitely my new to go place for sweets. At first, I thought it's shaved ice w/ condensed milk (guppy's like), but it's completely different. We got a bowl of taro and passion fruit snowfluff. It's so creamy, not too sweet, very flavorful, and FLUFFY!! Wow, it's like multiple layers of snowflakes and it just melts slowly in my mouth. This place is the cutest! At first, I was thinking that it was going to be like any other boba shop, but this place is really creative and original. They have a lot of things on their menu that are good that I'm surprised other stores don't have them. My cousin got the brown sugar milk tea and it tastes pretty good (would recommend if anyone likes the taste of pancake syrup) and her friend got the honey milk tea (really good if you like honey almond). I got princess Peach and it was so refreshing. Princess peach is not just peach, they add strawberries and mangos and other fruits! I also the crystal boba, but I wish I just got the black boba. Crystal boba is just like glass jellies whereas black boba is cewy like any other shops, but I like how they offer both options and the option to choose ur sweetness level! Got here for the first time. Green tea is a little blank. Mango is alright. Even though near closing time the fruits are still pretty fresh which is a big plus.
