I'm very disappointed I had to change my ratings but this is just not acceptable. On Friday night my family came based on my suggestions and came home very angry. They understood it took a while to wait for the order based on my reviews but what made them really unhappy was that they made the wrong order and suggested to my family to just eat it. They ordered a mango snow and a strawberry mango snow came out instead. The consolation prize was a amcaron to make up for the wrong order. They did not apologize for their mistake. This is not how you run a business when you are trying to appeal to your customers. I have had issues with this place myself but I always recommend it based on the drinks. I was pleasantly surprised by this place! Came here with some friends - didn't have high hopes because several dessert places I've tried in Orange all have disappointed me. But it's boba/shaved snow, even if it taste bad I'll still drink/eat them all so I figured why not give it a try. The young girl at the register was super friendly! Almost too friendly if that's even possible. She even brought us extra bowls and etc so we could all share the shaved snow. We ordered passion tea with mango popping boba, taro slushy, jasmine tea half sweet with crystal boba and a med taro/matcha snow. I didn't try the other two drinks but my jasmine tea was sweet for something that's meant to be 1/2 sweet so I'm glad I've asked for less sugar. The tea is average but the crystal boba (agar boba) was delicious!! I wish every store carried it! They are more chewy than regular boba but not as jelly/bouncy. The shaved snow was very enjoyable, I was surprised. The snow itself was very flavorful, unlike a lot of other places where you'd usually just taste a hint of the flavor. The mochi that they use is not your yogurtland small "mochi" but actual giant pieces. ahhh!! If I had known I would've ordered a large size. Def will have to be back again! read more

I feel like they put too much sugar and ice into the drinks, so you don't get a lot of actual tea and what you do get is very strong. I do like this spot because they have boba and it is conveniently 5 minutes away from where I live. I am a fan of their milk teas especially the Jasmine Milk Tea and Oolong Milk Tea. I am a regular here and have been going here since they opened! I have tried their shaved ice and it's pretty good. I am obviously a fan of their boba and do enjoy the fact that they have a nice, simple selection of macarons. The only cons are that they do run out of boba quickly toward the end of the day (I suggest you call first if that is what you are aiming to order, especially on the weekends), some teas and add-ons aren't always available for quite some time, and their hours aren't as long anymore from when they initially started. read more

Milk tea here is ehhh, they literally use syrups for all of their drinks. Even though the cup look big but literally 75% is ice, like I dont know if I am paying for tea or for ice. I have been to this place twice within the past week and I have to say that this place is good, but it is not amazing. They offer a wide selection of different milk teas, slushies and regular teas. I like that their teas include a lot of fruits and are not overly sweet. We were craving some good boba and did a quick search on yelp to find taitea. We got the matcha & peach lychee slush. It was on the sweeter side but you can always adjust the sweetness. I am always hesitant to try matcha due to the powdery taste you often get with the drink. I did taste it a little bit at the end but definitely not to the point that it ruined the drink.
