Came here to enjoy some shaved snow and walked away with some mixed feelings. The gf and I ordered the taro and green tea snow which itself was pretty good but was topped by some old mochi (it was quite chewy) and stale (dethawed?) red bean. Given that snow is in it's name, I had higher expectations but I'll chalk it up to me coming here on a random weekday night 30 minutes before closing. I get what they are trying to do with the inside and I appreciate the nice hanging lights as well as grass on the wall, but it just didn't really do it for me. It felt like I was sitting in an Ikea show room, which is now a common thing with boba/snow shops. Am I the only one yearning for places with more character and uniqueness? I also felt like their selection of games was quite sparse with several quite old, almost unusable games. All in all, it really seems like the owners of this place followed a template when they opened this place up but they have since failed to keep up the quality. Today me and my family coming for the snows. Cashier was super nice, she try to recommend for us what are popular but the old woman trying to interrupted our conversation and asked her something in other language. It made us feel super annoying but the girl kept smile and talking with us. More people coming and they're on the rush, we saw the young girl trying to do a lot of works, but then the old women came out and dropped something and looks like she pretend nothing happened and wasn't clean up the mess. The young girl had to cleaned it up for her. We like everything: snows and drinks were tastes so good, customer service is good, pretty decorations, ... There are egg rolls and coffee and milk tea, in addition to the epic snow that they serve. There's also a little station with ice water and a few games, which was totally welcoming. I love hanging out here on a hot day with my kids. Free wifi, iced water, toys and sweets and snacks. Great location near freeway, safe, and convenient for a quick stop (service is always super fast) or a leisurely stay. This complex has come a long way since the remodel and it's nice to see some more high-end businesses leasing the stores. This one fits the bill. read more

The hours on yelp and even on their door is that they close at ten pm on Tuesdays. I rushed over after I got off work to get a tea and the lady working already closed the place!! It was 9:27 pm!! I totally get sometimes closing five or ten minutes early when there's no business but it was just so annoying driving all the way there to find it closed over half an hour early. Definitely order the snow fluff. We got taro and mango flavor with mochi and lychee toppings. Rich and creamy, unlike that bland snow ice that Guppy House offers. Don't forget to wash it down with a refreshing passion fruit milk tea. Service was exceptional. I will be back soon to try the green tea flavored snow fluff. I purchased the honey milk tea with mini boba and my boyfriend got strawberry slushy with mini boba. Our drinks were great! The boba tasted great, we will stick to the regular size. The strawberry was extra special because fresh strawberries came on top. There aren't too many boba places in Orange, so this shop is a great treat! read more

This is a super cute boba shop! My friend and i used to come here a lot to study for math and the owners are super nice. They would even turn down the music a bit if you wanted. The drinks are super good and for good prices. They also have a big 32 oz size which is cool since not many places offer sizes that big. I've also tried their garlic fries and chicken, which are both good. The fries were probably my favorite. They offer shaved ice as well, but i've never tried it. I always come back when I'm in the area, they've never disappointed me. read more

The mango snow was one of the best shaved snows I've ever had. The matcha milk tea was actually very fragrant and not bitter. I also ordered the popcorn chicken which was very flavourful. They have varieties of fluffy snow ice and boba drinks. Drinks are made on how much sweet you prefer. So, if you want more or less sugar just let them know and they'll make it to your preference. Snow ices are so soft with many fresh toppings made to your liking. Lovely place to chill and hang out with friends and fantastic customer service. It's lame here. Nothing compared to some other "snow" places I've been to. With a small or medium you only get one complimentary topping and with the large it's two, after that you have to pay around 30-50 cents more per additional topping. Topping choices are limited. Nothing more than your average frozen yogurt joint, especially when it comes to taste. Not bad though. Just nothing special. read more
