What a rare gem of a spot for Sioux Falls. Maybe my new favorite go-to! They have a wonderful menu of many many bubble teas, poke bowls and more. I made my own poke bowl. It was delicious! The sticky rice was perfectly sticky, veggies fresh and the fish I added (spicy tuna and salmon) were fresh. It wasn't sashimi style, though, which i do prefer. They also do delivery. I've had their poke bowl multiple times along with the beef & onion rice bowl--both have been solid choices routinely! Tonight, I tried the ramen for the first time per my sister's recommendation. Splurged and got the beef with an extra egg. I got it to go with the hot sauce -- highly recommend scooping out the sauce (or getting it on the side) then added it bit by bit so you can control the heat level. The flavor was delicious. Delicious ramen! Just the right amount of spice, and complete with perfectly cooked noodles, narutomaki, veggies, and an egg. Generous portion size, served piping hot, and tasty right down to the last bite. My girlfriend had a chicken and rice bowl, and that was excellent, too! The chicken was cooked just right -- not dried out, and very flavorful. The bubble tea was excellent, too. Plenty of tapioca pearls, and great flavor on the tea itself. Definitely worth a visit! Service was very fast, and the order taking was quick and easy. The ambiance is very bright -- it was a little too bright for my girlfriend, but we had been in the sun all day, so maybe we were a bit biased.
