They do offer all you can eat for $27.88 per person but down side is for sushi like in the picture they charged an additional $2.88 per order so wasn't able to try the full menu. Seems kinda odd for "all you can eat" when there's an additional charge per order for sushi. They have a 14 piece sushi for $26.88 but also don't get the chance to try their menu. First time going to this place and wanted to give them a try. Because we heard good things about it. Ordered the vegetable udon noodle soup. Was super excited to eat it took a few bites while chatting. Didn't think to look into my soup but I seen lots of little dead bugs floating in my udon soup. I was immediately disgusted. The server walked over and asked what was going on. I quickly took a photo to show him because he couldn't see it. He brought the soup to the back kitchen. Came out and told me that sometimes the sesame seeds look like bugs because they are little. I know the difference between a sesame seed and a 6 legged insect. He still didn't believe me so I asked if he still had the soup (which he did). He brought out the sesames and shook some out on a little plate so I would know what a sesame looks like. He asked me to show him again so I grabbed some chopsticks and a white napkin and picked out a couple more. And then he realized that I was right. He did apologize a couple times and said that he looked in the veggies and other chopped veggies and didn't find anything. I will NEVER go back. Look at your food!! read more

Honestly, this place has some good sushi, but it's no where near worth 161$ like they charge you for everything They charged us 10$ for spicy mayo and ell sauce! Really? Honestly I'd never come back here ever again, but the sushi was okay for the area SD is insane for there price for sushi. I'm shocked rn. But overall the staff were nice and friendly but you can tell they didn't like people of color lmao. We were just having fun and they kept telling us stop talking so loud, clearly we aren't yelling but we not going to stop our conversation for anyone. If I could give this a zero I would .The food is horrible I got the beef udon noodles and not only was it cold it was flavor less I had to put a tremendous amount of Siracha in it in order for it to have sum flavor.I wouldn't recommend This place to anyone unless you like cold dry and flavor less food.The place itself looks nice and clean but the food is just not good at all.And the whole time we were there we seen other customers being disappointed by the food as well.THEY ALSO CHARGE 2.00 for one side of the sauce of your choice.Overall My experience wasn't good at all read more

Called ahead of time to see if they had a child friendly menu.. lady said of course. Orange chicken.. sesame chicken.... ok perfect. Got there for lunch. Nothing that she listed off was on the menu. Miso soup was slop. Salad was old and slimy. Ordered the chicken teriyaki, over seasoned and super salty, and dry. Husband ordered Godzilla roll... very sloppy, service was awful. Absolute joke, went in with 3 and ordered off the all you can eat menu. I ordered 7 rolls and a chicken dinner only 2 rolls came out after 20 minutes and one was super oily. Then waited another 40 minutes and said it would be another 30 for the food. It's a game they play to make money with the "all you can eat" title. And on top of it the server was giving us odd looks. So all in all we payed $90 for maybe 30 worth of food and waited 2 hours. read more

Was excited to try this place out and wanted to like it but was heavily disappointed and felt judged. All you can eat is $22.88/person, not the best price compared to other all you can eat (also does not include any raw sushi/sashimi, sauces are additional $2 each, and no included desserts). You would think for the price it would be included but sadly it is not. I like ordering a lot at the start since I hate waiting...I ordered for the table and had a mixture of everything. I felt like the waitress judged the amount we ordered and didn't think we could finish. From the start it felt like their goal was to make us not be able to finish our food. Every appetizer was an entree. Ordered seaweed salad and it's placed ontop of a full salad! The soup serving was enough for 3 people. The rolls are massive. Their goal is as clear as day...to make you as full as possible so you get charged for not finishing. They come out quickly in the beginning with massive portions, then they don't come for a good 10 min to make you get full before bringing the rest. They also watch you like a hawk, every time I looked up I felt like I was doing something wrong. Anyways, we finished everything to their dismay. I have eaten sushi at various sushi restaurants and this has to be my favorite, by far. Every aspect of the restaurant was great. To begin, the restaurant itself is very neat and clean. Another plus is the staff, they are extremely attentive, welcoming, and friendly. They greeted us upon arrival, consistently asked if we needed/wanted anything, and thanked us for coming as we left. Argued with the owner about a order of egg rolls I didn't order, she argued with me instead of fixing the problem she charged me the extra order of egg rolls I didn't order. Delicious food and outstanding service. Everything was great. We tried three specialty rolls one of which was free due to their ongoing special. All were excellent. They are rude and lie. I went to the"all you can eat" with my 2 year old and ordered 2 rolls, edamame and a side of noodles. Before I ordered anything I clarified the message at the top of the menu said, " left over would be charged$1 per piece" I asked does that apply to everything or just sushi. They said just sushi. So I ordered our food, ate everything except all the noodles because my 2 year old didn't want to eat the rest. They were going to charge me an additional $4.88 for the left over noodles on top of the $30 they charged for the "all you can eat" I said it was ridiculous because I clarified before I ordered anything and not only that, what I ordered off the menu - had I ordered ala carte it would've been cheaper than the all you can eat anyway. The manager was rude and embarrassed me by yelling at me in front of the whole restaurant because my daughter wouldn't eat anymore noodles. I then said that if they charged my card anymore than the amount of the so you can eat I would be disputing it with my bank. He then told me I could never come back, which is fine by me because it was embarrassing and greedy to want to charge me an additional almost 5 bucks for noodles that cost them maybe 20¢ to make. So beware what you order, even if you clarify before you order they will lie to you. read more

I used to be a regular customer here, but no more. The sushi is good, but the service is not. First, it takes forever to get your food (I've waited over an hour on multiple occasions). And, all they care about is money. My daughter is 12 (but does look older). They have a lower price for their all you can eat sushi if you're 12 or under. They didn't believe me when I told them she was 12, and they charged her as an adult. Ok, so I literally brought her passport the next time to show that she was 12, and they STILL charged her as an adult because they said she was 12 and a half, not 12. Seriously? So, if you're 12 years old and a day, you don't count as 12 and under? Then change your menu to say under 12. Lastly, they charge you $1 for uneaten food, which I totally get. We ordered a sesame chicken from the all you can eat menu, which was incredibly bland and we didn't want to eat it. They wanted to charge us the full price of the sesame chicken entree ($10), because we didn't like the food. Shame on you, Tokyo 26. read more

Super disappointed when I pulled up to the drive through today (06.13.19) to have the gentleman at the window tell me my order was going to be $20 more than what it was when I ordered on their website. He stated that the buy 2 get one free is listed incorrectly. I was able to chose 2 rolls (one 3.88 and one 6.88) then the free one $10.88. NO WHERE on the website or their paper menu does it state that the free roll has to be of lesser or equal value to the other rolls. So not only did I not get my lunch, but I also wasted my entire lunch break driving across town. They should have honored what their website said or CALLED me to let me know there would be a price change. I ordered a full 45 minutes before I wanted the order, so there was more than enough time for them to contact me. This was super disappointing as my family enjoyed going here. My wife and I have been regularly getting takeout and it has always been perfect, no complaints at all. I'd even say they are pretty fast at getting your takeout order ready. But tonight, my mother was in town and we decided to go dine in. Never again. When I was trying to get clarification on the all you can eat menu she already was acting frustrated. I had my family with me including my 3 year old son, asked about a kids option such as fried chicken or a chicken tempura and she said not a problem. (They do not have a kids menu) well, over an hour had passed and my entire family except my 3 year old all had our food. We had to ask about his food multiple times. When we asked why it was taking so long they said their takeout line is backed up. I thought restaurants prioritized dine in guests? I could be wrong but that was disappointing. then she brought the chicken tempura ROLL for his meal. I told her that's not what I asked for and she said we could keep it, I declined and said I just would like chicken nuggets for my son. Luckily they put something together for him on "express order" and it took another 15 minutes before he got his food. Additionally there were 2 accidental spills at our table from the waitresses. I get it, accidents happen. But that sucked. Lastly, when we got our bill they still tried to charge us for the chicken tempura roll. We told them it needed to be removed as we sent it back. They did end up removing it but when they returned the corrected check some guy who had not helped our table yet walked up, literally threw the checkbook down on the table and walked away. I'll never be dining in again... idk if I'll be ordering from there again period.. but the food is good and the takeout service was nice in the past.
