Here, we dropped him off and they returned him within 5 minutes. It was almost like they didn't even try. He was partially wet. I'm upset because their website is advertised as specializing in this kind of experience that makes dogs comfortable. And they treated my dog far from that.

However, she love's Elizabeth who gets the job done without making my pup scared to come back. I also love Elizabeth's attention to detail ie handling yeasty paws and rugged claws after a trip to the farm. We feel very lucky to have a good groomer after losing Darcy. Darcy got my pup comfortable in the space young but Elizabeth keeps her currently content. There are other groomers we've had do walk in nails which is a service we love! I do think most are good but you'll have to try for yourself. Tip: if you need a groom but can't get into Lombard, Vancouver sometimes has openings. Best smelling soap ever in Vancouver.
