From the moment I walked in, the customer service was already bad. The greeting was rude and unwelcoming. It was not a warm "hi, how are you, how can I help you." It was very cold and dismissive, like she did not care to have a customer in her shop. I brought in my graduation dress and explained what I needed. She immediately seemed hesitant and kept mentioning how much work it was and how many other things she had to do. I actually started to wrap my dress back up to take it elsewhere because she clearly did not seem confident. Instead of letting me go, she insisted she could do it. She said things like "I guess I can do it" and "it's a big job," but still proceeded to take it. I should have trusted my instinct and walked away right then. I tried on the dress, she measured everything, pinned it, and walked through the alterations with me like she understood exactly what needed to be done. I then paid the full amount upfront, plus extra, because she made it seem like it was such a big job. I did not pay a deposit. I paid in full. She told me she would call me when it was time to come back and try it on. Five days went by. No call. No update. Nothing. I finally called her myself to check on the progress, and that is when she casually told me, "I couldn't do it." No apology. No accountability. No sense of urgency. Just a shrug and excuses about having other customers and other weddings to work on. I reminded her that I was also a paying customer. I paid in full. At that point, I was not just an inquiry, I was your client. Her response was still dismissive, like it did not matter. My biggest issue is this: if you knew you could not do the dress, why did you not call me? This was a graduation dress needed by a specific date. Instead of communicating, she held onto my dress for days, did not complete any real work, and only told me she could not do it after I called her. On top of that, she had already started altering the jacket and left it with holes and pins, meaning I had to rush, leave work early, get my money back, and scramble to find another tailor with only a few days left before my deadline. That is unacceptable. There was no remorse, no professionalism, no accountability. Just constant shrugging and repeating "I couldn't do it." This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. After reading the other reviews, I realize this is a pattern. Rude service, poor communication, and taking on work she clearly cannot handle. Take caution. Do not bring your clothes here if you actually care about them or have a deadline. Do not waste your time, your money, or your peace of mind. This experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely avoidable had she simply been honest from the beginning. I will never return. It was a little bit pricier than I had thought it would be, however the price is reflected in the clean-cut work they do. I'll be back next time I need any alterations.

As I haven't had amazing experiences with other tailors in the area, I was worried the reviews here were too good to be true -- however the service provided at All Seasons is far superior to the work done at other tailors in the area and at a reasonable price. I've now had a number of items (dresses, skirt, shirt, jeans) tailored here, and I've gotten items taken in and let out, and all have turned out great. I will definitely return in the future and recommend to those I know in the area!

My first visit began with me calling them because the previous night I had inadvertently left a pen in my suit jacket pocket and it leaked on the fabric. Unlike another dry cleaner who spent the whole call telling me how they can't guarantee anything & how they're unsure if they can get out the stain - this cleaner told me immediately to soak the stain in water and bring it as soon as I can; he even added that if the stain doesn't come out; there will be no charge. I thought that was a nice touch as the suit has no use to me with a giant stain that can't be removed. Flash forward, they successfully removed the stain!! I was happy to pay full price (I would say they have higher than average prices here). Then, I called today to see if I could bring in like 10 dress shirts that have random stains on them - and what would be the price & if there is any discount if they can't remove the stain.....the answer was basically $5/shirt, no discount or guarantee, and kind of an explanation of how their process works. Such a stark contrast to the last experience. I may bring some of the shirts I like more here since I know at least they have some kind of strong process to remove stains - even though it may be a complete waste if they can't get the stains out; for some of the shirts it's worth it. I wish I could find a dry cleaners that would patiently explain how they try to remove the stain (for example, is it before you put it in the machine and what makes the person decide between laundering & dry cleaning if I make it staff's choice....) & bonus if they would stand behind their work if they can't remove a stain, offering some sort of discount. Alas, the search continues.....
