I don't typically do reviews, but I captured something so incredibly heartwarming yesterday. While Antonio was grooming, our dog Benji I could see them from my dining room window so I started to take a quick little video. I witnessed Antonio working on Benji and then he paused and spread his arms out wide praising Benji for sitting like a good boy and then he leaned forward and gave him a big embrace. It was such a simple but beautiful moment. The fact that he is taking time to praise my dog and make him feel safe instead of simply rushing through the haircut. Not to mention, I had to rebook this appointment last minute because Benji is having surgery the day before he was supposed to be groomed. Antonio was incredibly accommodating with my work schedule, which wasn't the easiest to work with. I feel so grateful to have Antonio and Quick Grooming in our pets lives.
This was by far the worst groom my dog has ever received. With a name like Quick Grooming, you definitely trade quality for speed and convenience - a mistake I will NOT be making again!! Groomer arrived a little after the 10am appointment time and knocked on the front door. I showed him two pictures of Mochi from a previous grooming appointment of which he took pictures of to reference. An hour and a half later, he gets delivered back to me and my 7 month old baby took one look at Mochi and LITERALLY STARTS WAILING because his fur-brother was totally unrecognizable. His fur was cut SO short and completely uneven on his body. His face was cut super small compared to his body and his nose was cut pointy, when his face is usually left more full. They also cut and shaved his ears down so they're SUPER pointy and huge, when I asked them to be left more full and rounded at the tips. This is such a horrible groom, I definitely DO NOT recommend!
Celi has been a wonderful groomer to work with. I found Quick Grooming Pet Salon on Yelp after trying to find a mobile groomer who could come to our house instead of driving our pup to our old neighborhood in Inner Richmond, SF. The booking process was easy. There's an online form to fill out with your pet's info. A team member sends a text confirmation for your appointment, and I also get reminders for her follow up appointments. On rare occasions, when the appointment time needs to be modified to a different day or if they're running 10 mins late, the groomer will always text in advance. We opt for the "Dog V.I.P" service which includes: - Bath - Hair Cut - Nail Trim - Reasonable Dematting - Teeth Brushed - Anal Glands (upon request*) - Ear Cleaning - Bow or Bandana Our cockapoo, Dixie, is skittish when it comes to grooming. Celi is patient and extra gentle with her every time she visits, and she makes it a point to get her settled in. The first time they met, Celi spent an extra 15 minutes getting her to trust her, letting Dixie sniff her hand and getting my pup to slowly take some treats from her. My pup's cuts have always been great! Celi will confirm if I want the same cut or if I want to go longer or shorter. My pup smells amazing after every appointment, and I've noticed that Celi really takes the time to make sure that my pup's hair comes out evenly, especially around places that are easy to miss like her paws, ears, and neck. At the end of the appointment, we pull out our respective calendars to book our next appointment on spot. Thank you, Celi, for always treating our fur baby so sweetly!
Dantas did an amazing job with my puppies! I have gotten many compliments on how cute they look. Dantas is friendly, professional, and has great customer service. I make sure book my appointments with him so the pups keep looking great

Rafael is simply amazing! My puppy coco had traumatic grooming at another salon, so he really struggled trusting groomers and with the whole grooming process. We've used Rafael a few times and he has been SO patient and understanding with coco. Coco is still easing up to the grooming process, but he is always so happy to see Rafael. Literally wags his tail and happily goes with him. Rafael tells me about cocos progress every time he comes which makes me so relieved that Coco is finally relaxing and becoming more trusting. Apart from the patience and kindness of Rafael, he always does a great job with the cuts (he goes at Coco's pace and pushes Coco past his comfort a little each time) and he is always on time. We're thankful for you, Rafael!
This is my beautiful Malu. She is being take care by Heli from Quick Grooming. Heli is the best. Malu loves when he comes to our house every Thursday to bathe her and make her look gorgeous. He fixes her hair and uses a very good perfume that lasts almost a week. I really recommend Heli to take care of your babe pet.
Dantas did a great job with grooming my little dog. I booked an appointment less than 24h from the appointment time and Dantas arrived at my home promptly at 8am! The full groom only took a little over one hour. Would book again. Thanks!
***IMPORTANT*** Final Update: Devastatingly, we have found our dog deceased after 7 hours of searching. Quick Grooming is directly responsible. Please, think twice before using these killers. Quick Grooming lost my Dog at 8:30AM this morning, and we are still looking for her some two hours later. Any help would be greatly appreciated. She is a black lab, named Penny. Last seen near Old County and Masonic. DO NOT USE THESE GROOMERS. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. They also gave us the run around yesterday, before letting us know they wouldn't make their appointment, now I wish we had took that as a sign. Update: Now my Pregnant wife and I are driving around the streets looking for our dog. Update 2: it's been six hours. My wife and I have been driving around looking for our dog. We asked if Quick Groomers could update us hourly on their search. Never even got an initial update. On to the next dollar I guess.
Great experience with this company today. They did a great job on our dog. They took their time and made sure she was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Marco accidentally cut my puppy while grooming her and didn't take responsibility for doing that. Andrea the manager called me after a day (!) to shake responsibility and say that this cut was there before. But at the same time she said that they will pay for the visit at the vet (if the cut was not Marco's fault why would you pay for the vet visit?). I was furious when I saw that. I sent images to my vet and she was concerned about the depth of the cut (she said it's definitely looked like a cut made by grooming!) and that we should make sure it's not infected. My puppy tried to lick the area and we had to put her on an Elizabeth cone for two weeks. It took long time to heal. I was a loyal and happy couture using their services with my previous dog for over 14 years. The fact that it took the manager Andrea a day to call me and check on my dog only to say that the cut was there and not to take ownership for it- lost me. I will have to look for a new place!!! read more
We brought both of our dogs to Quick Service Grooming, and once again had a fantastic experience--especially thanks to Dantas! Dantas is not only fast and professional, but he also follows location and meeting instructions perfectly, which made everything seamless. What stood out the most was how incredibly sweet and loving he was with our dogs. It's clear he genuinely cares about them, and that makes all the difference. Our chipoo, Bear, who had been groomed here before, came out looking exactly the same as last time--consistent styling we really appreciate. This time, we also brought our second pup, who is a bit smaller and more delicate, and he came out looking just as cute and well cared for. There was small hiccup on coordination of appointment, but honestly the good overshadowed that completely. The appointment number to text, their administrative team is quick to update and very complete with updates. They made up for whatever complications and had understandable reasonings. I felt like they really liked helping us in every step. My scheduling request was fulfilled, time and flexibility on their part. I felt confident all the way through. Communication was A+. Our little 8 yo girl has anxiety around other pets since her upbringing while she was a pup. We have traditionally brought her to groomers but the thought and idea of caging her has always brought us hesitation - hence seeking out quick grooming. With quick grooming we know that our pup has that 1:1 time (extra. I know). Rafael was nothing short but amazing. He pulled up a bit early, we do live in a downtown neighborhood and when I came up to him he was already paying parking toll no questions asked. He welcomed our little pup with no hesitation, purest of hearts. Couldn't recommend more. Thanks again Rafael for your pure heart and taking care of our little girl. I contacted this company in November 2021. I found them to be punctual, efficient, and most professional. Our little 14-year-old Chihuahua, Gypsy, was in her final days of tragically rampant cancer, and she had about a dozen exterior tumors covering her little 8-pound body. The grooming tech was so caring and understanding with her, and Gypsy was a happy little pup afterwards. My highest accolades to Quick Grooming Pet Salon for demonstrating such compassion and care with our sweet Gypsy... who sadly passed in mid January 2022... If you are looking for the best cut BOOK HERE for your fur baby! I had been looking for a new groomer in my area and came upon Quick Grooming on Yelp. Their booking process is super easy and fast online! I actually had booked an appointment with them online but texted them asking if they could take us in sooner within the next couple days if they had a cancellation or last minute opening. I got a timely response and was able to book a sooner date with them, that same week to be exact! When the groomer showed up in our driveway he was very kind and was even a couple minutes early to make sure everything was promptly set up for our appointment. Fagundes was our groomer and he truly went above and beyond! He asked us several questions before starting and made sure we were both on the same page on how we wanted our fur baby groomed. Our pup was done in just an hour and a half and he looked AMAZING! Our pup is a year and a half (he's gotten groomed plenty of times) but this was his BEST grooming yet! Fagundes went over the grooming session with us, and communicated very well. My dog was so happy and so were we! We will DEFINITELY be booking with them again! Wallyson has been grooming my pets, Coco and Cosme since the beginning of the year. I wanted to update my review to include pictures of them from yesterday! I trust Wallyson with my dogs and they love him right back! I am also able to practice my Portuguese with him as an added bonus. :) read more

First of all, I am writing this review against my will. I don't REALLY want Antonio to be famed because I NEED HIM! Seriously. so... please stop reading this. Go on. yah, you. He will make your dog smell like skunk urine. ok, fine. Still here, eh? So, a friend referred me to Antonio when our two Labradoodles were SKUNKED in the back yard. It was URGENT to say the least. Antonio is always booked up, but the magic of him is that (this is the part you can ignore) he always finds a way to squeak you in! It's amazing. I am so grateful. The day of the skunking, he was able to come by a few hours after my initial call. I was willing to pay ANYTHING. (ok, don't tell Antonio that) Both dogs were fresh and snuggle-ready in a couple hours! I couldn't believe it! He even de-skunked the collars!! I use Antonio regularly now to keep our pups looking nice and smelling fresh. Another fun thing about this service is he does cute little scarves when he is done to fit their mood. It's adorable! and somehow Penny always smells like a dainty flower and Charlie has a handsome masculine scent that perfectly compliment each other. Adriana is along for most of our appts so they can do 2 dogs at once. It's pretty magical. So, I guess if you've read all my ramblings, you are welcome to book with him once or twice. Unfortunately this was really bad. First, they were aggressive with the puppy - that is not ok, we don t want him to be scared of grooming. This was his second groom, so he was used with the table. Second, the haircut is really bad. Look at his tail... the hair on his tail is white at the end, they just cut that. I couldn't even let them finish because the puppy was really crying. We are giving him weekly baths and we brush him daily, and he is not crying with us. read more

Antonio with Quick Grooming is a delight and I am so happy to see him every couple of months when he comes to groom my Bernedoodle. I used to take my favorite family member to a brick and mortar groomers and had to budget several hours in the day to drive him, drop him off and then pick him up. Quick Grooming parks in our driveway, my dog hops out of the house and when he is all done, Antonio sends me a text or rings the doorbell! My dog always comes back with a beautiful cut, clean ears, clean teeth, cut nails, and anal glands well expressed. It's amazing! My dog is so soft, silky, and even more lovable than ever when he is so clean. I really appreciate Antonio and refer him to all my friends. read more

Jordan = 10/10! By far exceeded our expectations w an absolute dialed cut and groom for our GOLDENDOODLE! He was patient w Rebel and our kids (who insisted on watching)! 100% worth the money...these "designer" dogs are expensive to maintain BUT worth every penny spent!!!!!!!! We will be scheduling Jordan anytime REBEL needs a groom - and we won't be nervous the second time around 'cause he absolutely kills it! ...a few before abs after pics were added! read more

Dantas was really good at bathing my dogs. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he was great with them and they absolutely enjoyed their baths. A week later, and it looks like he bathed them yesterday...I would recommend him 100%! read more

Fagundes is so good with our Goldendoodle! He spends a few minutes at the beginning to make sure she's comfortable with him & he keeps the door open so she can see outside and get fresh air. The price is higher than the previous place but having the one-on-one attention is totally worth it! read more

Antonio did a fantastic on my big hairy mianmian. She looks super clean and the hair style looks great. Antonio also brushed her teeth, removed her matting, and trimmed her nails. I recommend Antonio and will book him again. read more

Dantas was wonderful and gave our dog a great cut. He was very good with her and even made is a key chain with her picture on it. Eve used this company 4 times and always pleased with them. read more

Rafael was an amazing groomer! He was able to give my dog a grooming despite my last minute request. It's my first time requesting a mobile grooming service, and it will definitely not be my last. My dog have never been cuter . Highly recommend!! read more
