About 6 hours later to our surprise Soshi was ready and totally gorgeous!! 2nd appointment I 6 weeks after she was ready in 3 hours, big difference! I had shower him 2 days later again. The product being used in your dog is not good quality. It's cheap leaving the dog fur rough. Look in picture how his fur looks so rough. The cut was sub par. It was not even from face. She had to keep doing it 3-4 times after and even then I was not satisfied. It was getting late at night around 9 so I just it's fine. But honestly not worth more than $40 job. I would not use them again.
