When I picked her up I saw that she had been blown dried cause hair was not nicely in place like after being brushed. Then on her side was soap still. I brought it to the attention of the girl in front who grabbed a towel and wiped the soap off. Then I noticed that she had the same eye junk on her face of when I dropped her off. Was told they are careful of the eye area but why is it still on her face ? Said they bring her in the back and fix it. They set the price you pay whatever they ask cause your thinking it will be done right the 1st time. I left and figured at this point I will just do it myself. She still smelled like skunk especially neck up like they didn't do any of that. Even tthe groomer said she was not bad and it would work. Update : The owner was nice enough to reach out to me and apologize also refunded 75% of what I paid. After speaking with her I truly think she wants to do right by all of her customers. I will give them another chance and update then. So happy we gave Yuppy Puppy a second try ! My Rotti looks great and they treated her with such care. Britney took the time to talk to me before the appointment and also when my husband dropped off our dog. Thank you and we will be back :)

This particular cat has all of his teeth and claws and knows how to use them, so the idea of getting him into a carrier was not a happy thought. Those of you who have cats who hate their carriers and the car ride, know what I'm talking about. Anyway, I found the vet very accommodating. He allowed me to pick up the drops without bringing the cat in. The owner will do that next week when he returns from his trip. Most vets won't do this, and they even gave me an invoice and did not require payment at the time of dispensing the ear drops. Overall, a very nice experience for this pet sitter and for the cat.

I have a very special little dog who…read moreneeds a lot of training and attention to help overcome her behavioral challenges and they not only understood what to do immediately, we've been making steady progress since we first met everyone. The convenient Wheaton location of the facility is great for daycare and they also allow for half-day daycare too. Very flexible scheduling. When I pick my dog up, I can tell that she's received personalized attention from the staff and that she has been well cared for. Often she's been able to work one-on-one with a staff member for nearly all of her half-day session. We also attend the group classes which are incredibly unique and let my dog build up practice interacting with other dogs in a way that reinforce new, good behaviors. My neighbors are thrilled with the progress almost as much as I am - my dog no longer automatically barks at everyone outside now and is able to make new friends. The in home training we did originally was incredibly valuable to get us started on the right foot. We need to do that again very soon! Is it the least expensive daycare and/or training in the area? No. But it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. When I leave my dog in the care of The Canine's Voice I know that she's going to be safe, loved, and will learn a few things while she's there. The classes are incredibly valuable too. The results speak for themselves.

Long story short, Benji did GREAT and all thanks to HPM! Firstly, as a commuting worker, the chauffeur service was amazing. They gave me a window for pick up and drop off a week in advance and were perfectly on time. You can tell that they really love their dogs upon their greeting and departure. Second, Benji loved having a huge yard to run and play in. I got a picture the first day (attached) and a video the next of him playing! It really put my nerves at ease. When Angela left, we were sad and tried other groomers in Pet Smart and near the area. No one compared to her. Happy to know that she now works for Tracy's and booked an appointment right away with ease. No waiting for weeks. My husband said that Koda was so happy to see Angela!! We took our dog here for training, doggy daycare two days a week and boarding when we were out of town. It cost us thousands of dollars. Our pup successfully learned to sit and stay and lay down and all the other things you expect a dog to know. He will do pretty much anything for a treat. Everything was fine for several months. The feedback we received about our admittedly rambunctious dog was routinely positive. They regularly sent pictures and videos of him playing and having fun. Then some of the good, experienced staff left. In hindsight this should have been a big red flag for us. Apparently, most of the new and remaining staff doesn't know how to deal with animals. Suddenly, our dog, which they trained, was not well behaved enough for them. A few days later they called to say he is no longer welcome here. No conversation. No discussion of more training, if that was their actual concern. Nothing constructive to offer at all. They didn't even have the balls to do it in person. Don't waste your time! All they want is your money. They don't give a damn about your pets!

It was especially helpful when she was a puppy as she would come home and sleep afterward. We don't always get to see our friends on walks, but I know that while she's there she's amongst a lot of dog friends.. We've also boarded her and have had no issues whatsoever with that.
