Nice spot at CHA to grab a quick bite. As I checked in at Delta, the agent recommended I try them out if I like pizza. I mean, who doesn't? I hadn't been planning on eating anything, but with a flight delay I decided to check them out. Normal airport dining setup where you seat yourself and a server comes over to take your order. My server, Suzanne, was super friendly, and quickly took my drink and food order. I ended up getting their "signature" calzone, which is basically their deluxe and loaded with chicken breast, bacon, garlic, spinach, shiitake and cremini mushrooms, tomatoes, ricotta, and mozzarella...whew! For fast airport food I must say it was very tasty, and loaded with fillings, and Suzanne was as sweet as can be. Tailwind is a great spot for a quick bite if you're passing through CHA. read more

The only place to grab a drink in the Chattanooga Airport was very small to say the least but the service was friendly and everyone was in a good mood. I personally don't mind small airports as it makes it much easier to get where you're going faster. We were able to enjoy one drink before our flight. read more

I had the crispy chicken salad with Bleu cheese dressing for $16.50. It was quite a large salad and the chicken was truly crispy! Peach mango smoothie was okay, it was weirdly bitter & not in a tangy way? Service was very friendly & might be slightly understaffed but still very attentive. There is a bar or you can sit at the tables. You can order takeout at the front or dine in. There is a separate menu for dining in with more entrees and appetizers. Take out seems to be handheld items only. Super chill airport so this is a nice option to grab some food before your flight, although it is a little pricey! read more

Keep walking! Absolutely the worst service ever from Suzanne and team. As a F&B professional with 25 years of experience, I was shocked to receive such "unwelcoming service" in Chattanooga, even though it is just a concession bar. Suzanne has no business being in the hospitality business. Don't waste your money or time here. read more

The double breakfast sandwhich with biscuit bacon and fried egg. The eggs had a film or layer on them that had a texture of thin hard plastic. Uneatable ! I think they need to review how they prep and store their fried eggs for quick sandwhich assembly. Services was pleasant and quick. read more

It's a concession at the airport, you can't expect much. The service was wonderful and there is never a long wait. Decent prices for where you are. The burger was average, but hey it's a little airport. A combo meal with chips and coke was around $15.00. They also have burritos and handheld sandwiches. Breakfast is also available till 10:30. Avacado Toast was good. Drinks out of cooler never seem to be cold. Young lady behind the counter was looking at her phone while I waited 5 minutes for my specialty coffee. I had to remind her I was waiting then she finally fixed the coffee that somehow was not hot. read more

What an absolute joke this place is. As of this moment I have been sitting here for 40 minutes and have yet to be serviced at all. There are literally only 2 of us in the place. Very pleasantly surprised. This is the only food option in this tiny little airport. I had low expectations, but we really enjoyed our food. One of the best sandwiches ever actually. I got the All Grown Up Grilled Cheese sandwich and my husband got a cheeseburger. Both really good. And their fries were also very good. Greasy, yes, but good. I have been in many airport eateries and this is the absolute worst ever. order a pretzel with honey mustard. after they take my money they then want to say no honey mustard which means dry Azz pretzel which was completely inedible. I complained and then this person Haley kept walking looking at me through the holes in the walls laughing for some strange reason. this made me fear to even eat the pretzel because I'm not sure exactly what she might have done to it. a real shame you can't bring anything in for your flight then have to wonder if the wait staff is blowing buggers on your meal manager just brought my ticket where he returned my charges well Haley. you need to find a new job read more

I had a few beers and a snack at this place last month amounting to $27 bucks and change. I received my credit card statement and these clowns charged me three times, apparently for someone else's orders. One for $35 and another for $4.00. The bartender was training a new guy, who apparently used my check for other customers. Outrageous. read more

Early morning flight so I grab something small. The guy who helped was friendly. He warmed up my muffin which I thought was nice. I seat down to eat it and the muffin just crumbled in my hand. I'm sure it was an old muffin from a few days old or it was in the freezer and thaw out to much. But it held me over until my Atlanta stop. read more

Staff and Food Quality is really good for a Generic Airport Restaurant. The Prices however are inconsistent and never the same. I work in the Airport and in the many times I've been there I've paid anywhere from $5-$13 for the Same Burger and Fries, seemingly never the same price twice. I believe it's an issue with poor management not being consistent in what they tell to the employees. Stay away from the Gyro!!! Go for Club Sandwich or Burger! read more

Worse regional airport food and beverage in North America. Staff is inattentive and rude food service is likely to have caused food poisoning due to unhygienic conditions. Stick to overpriced prepackaged food only. The rather comfortable seating does not make up for the travesty of what these people do to a captive customer base. It should be a crime. read more

There are only two eating options in the Chattanooga airport. The gate agent said this one had more selections available, so we decided to eat there. Airport food is always more expensive but charging $0.89 for each topping on a burger, including lettuce or pickles??? No burger for me. Sides cost an additional $2.49 too! We had the Southwest Wrap, which was OK, but the side of coleslaw my husband got was about 1/4 cup at most. Combined with two diet cokes and a basket of corn chips, our bill was $39 plus tip. The bartender/ waitress was very nice and had no control over the prices. read more

Extremely loved the breakfast sandwich from Tailwind concessions stand and all of the restaurants in the Chattanooga airport (Lovell Field) are extremely wonderful. Lovell Field (Chattanooga airport) is also a really wonderful airport where it is extremely easy to get on an airplane. read more

We stopped by this eatery on our way to Orlando and loved the food! I had a burger and my wife had a pizza. The pizza was hot and fresh and the burger was bigger than I expected! Arrived at this establishment and was told to have a seat and someone would be over to take my order. After sitting for about 15 minutes and seeing four employees standing inside the bar area and only one working I decided to go to the bar and tell them I was there. I was told that I had to order at the bar and was not even offered a menu. I asked for and received the menu and went back to my computer and carry-on to look it over. After making my decision I gathered my thing and went back to the bar to order and was told to have a seat that someone would be over to take my order. I first ordered Ice tea and was told they don't have any because it's too difficult for them to bring over but offered me sodas (Which I don't drink) or alcohol (Which I didn't want) so I ordered ice water and was brought a glass with about four ice cubes.
