Our order included: - Chicken with fresh mozzarella - Italian meats/cheese - Marinated vegetable with fresh mozzarella sub - fruit salad - Caesar salad - cookies All of the food items tasted good and everyone was happy with the selection. The bread used was particularly delicious. There was plenty of food left over, and I could have easily ordered 30-40% less for the number of people, but the way the orders are described, it's hard to tell how many people each sub feeds (ie: what is considered a serving size, how many pieces are included per sub). A few things to note/areas for improvement (reminder: this was through ex-cater): 1- They do not offer any drinks through ez-cater. This is a miss. I would have loved to order a variety of drinks to accompany our lunch. And when I tried to call the deli directly, noone ever answered the phone. 2- The cookies were small and hard, not a "bakery style" cookie I was expecting. More like a chips ahoy. 3- They charge $3.75/person for "utensils" which were delivered as a handful of unwrapped plastic forks. No napkins, plates, knives or spoons. I paid about $40 for a dozen plastic forks, which was insane. Overall the food quality was very good. Since I was closer to the Woodbury location today, I decided to try it, expecting the same quality and experience I've always had. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the $20 salad I received. The quality didn't come close to what I'm used to at Plainview, and it fell far below the standard I've come to trust. Given how often I dine with you and how much I genuinely enjoy your food, I expect consistency across locations. I hope this is taken seriously, because experiences like this make me rethink where I choose to spend my time and money.
