Really good spot for cheesesteaks…read more. Everyone is friendly and very helpful as far if you have any questions about how to order or what you want. I got the Lil Philly. Which is the smaller version to their big cheesesteak and comes with fries and a drink. Not bad at all in my opinion. But don't get fooled, it's a decent size and filled me up! I ordered mine with sharp provolone, onions and wiz. But you can add a lot more toppings for an up charge. The bread was soft and fresh, what I love most was that sharp provolone. It was delicious and the wiz just took it to another level. It was absolutely delicious. Their fries are nicely seasoned with salt , which is also good. You could tell they have a lot of regulars , as I sat there I saw many groups come in and out for their steak sandwiches. Definitely a good spot. It has a decent amount of tables to sit at.

Philly sports photos and memorabilia all over the walls. All the staff I interacted with were extremely nice and helpful. I decided to get the Little Philly Special which comes with a 6 inch cheesesteak, fries and a drink. I went with the cheese fries because that's just what you do. From the hoagie roll bags I saw it looks like they get the rolls shipped in from Philadelphia which is the only way to go. My only complaint besides the awful decor j/k is the whiz was runner then most cheesesteak places so dipping the fries made an unbelievable mess. Everything tasted phenomenal though. From what I saw while eating my lunch is that their hoagies are just as popular here.

If you haven't been before, the vibe at Raising Cains is fun - think disco balls and Elvis art with a crown on top. The counter folks were all friendly, and I wasn't expecting that they would deliver food to our table, but they did. The food at Raising Cains was good, but didn't live up to all the hype for me. No complaints about the food, it was good. But my expectations were fairly high after hearing lots of folks talk about it. The chicken was crispy and not greasy as fried food can be. The fries were good -not soggy and not overcooked. I'm still assessing my thoughts about the sauce. I didn't feel like I was overwhelmed by the taste, but I did keep going back to it and dipping my fries and chicken in it until it was all gone. So maybe I liked it more than I realized? I'd give it a solid 3.5 stars. This was a 35 minute drive for me, so I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to do this again because of the distance. But we had a good meal here and a pleasant experience.

It's no surprise since Valley Bistro is on many customers' short list of wonderful places to eat breakfast or lunch. Despite how busy it was, the wait for food was only about 20 minutes--which, surprisingly, is the longest I've ever waited there. Even more surprising, the food arrived noticeably before the drinks, which was a little perplexing but didn't take away from the overall experience. We ordered a kids' egg sandwich with extra chocolatey chocolate milk, which was a hit. My breakfast companion went with the classic breakfast--two dippy eggs, bacon, wheat toast, and grits--along with a mocha latte. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly what you want from a cozy brunch spot. This was also the first time I've ever sat in the dining room to eat. It wasn't a bad experience at all, especially with the festive holiday décor adding to the atmosphere--but if I'm being honest, warm-weather porch seating is definitely my favorite way to enjoy Valley Bistro. Crowded for a reason, consistently good, and always worth the visit--Valley Bistro continues to be one of my go-to brunch spots.

I believe I found it at Big Ray's. My two dogs were just as yummy as I expected, but I could only eat one hot dog because I had to get the fresh-cut, homemade French fries. Very homey feel with friendly service. Al fresco dining is available when the weather is nice. The staff was very friendly, and I can attest that the food is great.

The only real question: Would Big Ray's chili dog treat me kindly? (Important considerations were made.) We arrived around 5:30pm on a chilly January Friday and quickly realized we were not alone in this brilliant decision. The dining room was already about ¾ full, which I take as an excellent sign when evaluating burger-and-dog establishments. After a quick menu scan, I locked in my order: a ¼-lb beef hot dog with chili, mustard, and onions ($4.99) plus a Diet Pepsi (because balance). Adventure Buddy went all in with the Honey Butter Chicken Club ($8.59) and an order of fried pickles ($4.99), washed down with an orange Fanta. Total damage? Under $27. Date night win already. The food came out fast and piping hot, which is exactly what you want when you're this hungry. My chili dog immediately delivered--solid flavor, generous chili, and most importantly, the hot dog was grilled, giving it that slight snap that separates the pros from the amateurs. No soggy sadness here. Adventure Buddy's chicken sandwich was also a standout. This was a legit chunk of chicken breast, not a sad, thin patty pretending to be something it's not. Crispy, juicy, and the honey butter added just the right touch of sweetness without crossing into dessert territory. The fried pickles were thick-cut, crunchy, and exactly what fried pickles should be--dangerously snackable. All around, Big Ray's absolutely delivered. Solid food, quick service, great value, and the kind of place you immediately add to your "easy yes" rotation for burgers, dogs, and sandwiches. I'll definitely be back--especially once the weather warms up and that front patio becomes fair game.

I knew exactly what I wanted, despite everything on the menu looking amazing. By the way, I will be back for the hot chicken. But I digress... I got a classic, and added cheese and bacon. I also ordered bacon cheese fries. The atmosphere of the place was so inviting and quaint I knew I had chosen the right place even before my food came. I hadn't eaten since breakfast so I was wildly ready for this meal. But nothing prepared me for what I saw when they called my name when my order was ready... I stuck my fork into the fries first, golden brown and smothered in bacon and cheese. The second my fork broke the surface, clouds of steam rose off, as they were piping hot. The burger, nestled in a half rap of chef's paper, screamed at me the dive into, which I did immediately. A few minutes and a few pictures in, I questioned whether I could finish everything but as you can see from the final photograph it was really never in question. This is an ongoing problem at this location…read more I arrived at the restaurant around 12:35 p.m. After a few minutes minutes, the car ahead of me bailed. At 12:50 (noted as 12:42 on the paper receipt), I finally placed an order through the app. After another five minutes, I called out to the speaker and they said they were shorthanded. It took another 20 minutes to get my food. I kept watching people drive off. I'm diabetic and decided to stick it out because I needed food. When I got to the window, I was told the location didn't have what I ordered. I took a less expensive meal just so I could get my lunch and get back to work. I understand staffing is an issue, but a failure to acknowledge people at the speaker is not well done at all. This location services two hospitals, credit union, and a lot of other people. If they do not have the staff to keep this location running, they either need to make it drive-thru only or close the store entirely. This isn't fair to all the people trying to get food in a limited amount of time. It's also not fair to the employees. Burger King needs to fix this.
