We each then had pho - me the house special with steak, brisket, meatball, tripe and tendon; and B with brisket and rib eye. The broth was delicious, and the meats and toppings were fresh. The broth is rich and tasty and the flavor layers are so deep. My kids beg for it and they might be the pickiest eaters to ever grace this earth.
