    Cashew chicken

I was hopeful of having a good Chinese restaurant closer to home, but this isn't it. The wonton in their wonton soup was very good, but the hot and sour soup needed rice vinegar in it - no sour to be found. Hot and sour soup is better at Tian Tian or China East (though pretty much everything else at China East is meh). Cashew chicken was in a fairly flavorless, runny sauce, and had a lot of mushrooms and water chestnuts in it, light on the chicken portion. Tian Tian's cashew chicken is miles better than this. Shrimp lo mein had small shrimp in it, and noodles were almost overcooked/soaked in the sauce, all stuck together in the to-go container. There should be some bounce/chew to the noodles, and generally cooked with enough oil to not stick together. To top it off, 2 of our 3 fortune cookies were missing fortunes in them and tasted burnt - the fortune cookies are from a brand out of Georgia I've never seen before. Don't think I'll be coming back here, unfortunately

Food is not that good. Okay portions, service is fine. Overall I wouldn't recommend. Many better places around

What a hidden gem. We tried this past weekend. The portions were so large we got four meals out of the order. Every dish was fantastic.

We ordered the bigger plate menu, 3 choices with 1 side. So I got the mushroom chicken, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. My dining mate had, teriyaki chicken Kung pao chicken and orange chicken. Sides; super greens and fried rice. Everything was tender, hot, fresh and delicious. We would certainly return. Seeing the always full parking lot, we anticipated parking on the adjacent road, but were surprised to find that the interior seating offered a lot of empty tables. Apparently, take-away is a huge part of their business. Very well organized menu, you order a single item bowl or a two or three item plate. Ala carte entrees and other "bundles" or ways to order are offered. You line up to pass by the hot line. You can read about the entrees from the posted board, or walk by to look at the items. There are regular, large and I think family sizes. Your server will put on your starch: plain white rice, fried rice or chow mein noodles. THAT will be half of your order. Then point to or tell which of the entrees you want. One, two or three entree choices. Drinks are fountain or bottled/canned. Pay and find a place to eat. Your order will be in take-away form, foam container and bundled plastic utensils with a napkin. Very popular, but one should not have trouble finding a table is you choose to eat in their very large eating area.
