The reason for the one star drop is that for a small, informal place like this, it was still pretty pricy. The shaved ice, with frozen mango topping, was almost $20 alone. If they dressed up their shaved ice more, and added a bunch of things, maybe the price could be justified, but you're definitely comparing that to NYC/LA prices then. Different from other places where you order the various ingredients and cook it yourself. They have a variety of different soups & ingredients such as veggie, kimchi, tomyum. You can add more ingredients for additional cost, to further customize it. The presentation is beautiful- the hotpot is served on this beautiful "platter" with room for a heated flame to keep your pot warm as you eat. Individual hot pots are also more hygienic!
