My go to chinese within the area. Made fresh to order they can always alter the spiciness. I love the fried chicken. Good affordable prices. Prices have increased and portions have gotten smaller but still very affordable for costs.

These types of pickup Chinese restaurants seem to be in every plaza you go to but He Sheng is by far my favorite. Food is always delicious and ready quick! They're super affordable, we're always surprised how much food we get at such a low cost. It's definitely not a sit down restaurant but if you're looking for a meal at home and not wanting to cook I'd recommend this place!

We ordered delivery so we certainly understand everything won't be fresh, but this was my most disappointing meal of the year. We ordered two combination meals (w/ fried rice and egg roll), broccoli, extra egg rolls, the boneless ribs appetizer, and crab rangoons. The crab rangoons did not arrive, there were no condiments included, and the fried rice and egg rolls from the combinations were also not included. The broccoli was decent but nothing special. The general tsp's chicken was mostly over-fried batter with some dried chicken pieces. We ordered the spare rib combo and an extra app of it for my hubby. These were absolutely inedible. The sauce was sweet up front but as soon as we got past the sauce, we were hit with OVERWHELMING salt. Now I know greasy-spoon Chinese food is usually full of sodium, but this was like licking the driveway after cleaning up from an ice storm. I chose this spot because it was recommended as being similar to NY Chinese. No, no, definitely not. The icing on the sodium cake was the egg rolls. Once again, extremely overly salty and filled with mushy cabbage caked in grease. I so wanted to like this spot but unfortunately, I absolutely do not recommend it.

Main info, contact info. Closed Monday now, might be just for winter.

Absolutely awful customer service! Been coming here for many years but the nasty lady behind the counter will stop us from coming here again. Good food so this is too bad. She gave my food to someone else which I understand but to get an attitude with me was unacceptable. Complaining that I should have come sooner. She said 20 minutes and I was there. Anyway she's just not a nice person to be the front counter lady. Oh well.

This is definitely my new go to take out Chinese spot! We ordered and our food was ready for pick up within 15 minutes. We got orange chicken which was tasty and not too sweet, pork fried rice, veggie lo mein, egg rolls and broccoli. Everything was good, pretty standard flavors for Americanized Chinese food. The standout was for sure the broccoli in garlic sauce! It was spicy, sweet and garlicky!

It wasn't terrible but I wish the spare ribs had more sauce they were dry : taste was good actually felt like it was little bit of real NY Chinese food! The chicken and broccoli was good though had sauce, the egg roll was ok to oily it didn't have meat. The vegetable lo mein was ok, wish it had more vegetables then noodles it was way to many noodles. If we are in the mood for Chinese food in case we don't find another one we would order again but has to get a little better on the sauce.

This place is FIRE!! Finally got my Chinese food fix that I've been searching for!! I ordered inside- they're a to-go only establishment with no indoor seating- and my food was ready in 5 minutes and I watched the chefs make it. They don't do buffet style where the food is just sitting out so everything is fresh and made to order. And Oh my the General Tso chicken was the best I've had. The chicken was tender and crunchy and the sauce was the perfect balance of flavors- a little spicy and tangy and savory and sweet. Their pork fried rice was the most flavorful I've ever had at a Chinese place and the portions were big for such a good price. My only complaint is that they're closed on Monday, because I'm gonna be craving it every day of the week.

Not much to report so let's stick to the basics. Tiny takeout place in a strip mall. Clean. Nice people. Nice menu. My lunch included pork fried rice, king pao shrimp and an ice tea for $8. If you think you can make the food for that? Food was delicious. 5-stars

Our takeout box. Well priced, just not very good.

Ordered Jumbo Shrimp Pan Fried Noodle here $16.95 takeout. While waiting for the food. I was asking the gal behind the cash register if they have been busy lately with the Chinese BBQ and she stated this past weekend they were really busy. I then told her it's because Kai Kai owners left Kai Kai and sold it maybe to another owner but they no longer run Kai Kai. So as the conversation passes she told me - The Crispy pork they cook there is NOT ROASTED but FRIED. It was brought up because i was telling her a few people have said kai kai fell off as far as taste in the bbq / meats. So then I said yes the skin part is not crispy like how you guys do it. So she mentioned she wondered why they have been busy with Chinese BBQ meats as of lately. I ordered the $4.95 boba smoothie (mango) as a refresher because it is hot outside - For the price it is not bad I think they use mango puree as the base. The dishes here are delicious. This is why I keep coming back.

Each time I order it, they tell me that shrimp dumplings are extra. They are very much worth it, by the way! The noodles in this soup are egg noodles. The tender bite draws you back. At this restaurant they sell it by the pound, right along side the hanging duck which is by the pound as well. They sell so many dishes that are well-loved, but I tend to get the soup. It's so nourishing and flavorful. Top tip for parking...you can park in the back, but there are many restaurants on the same aisle so you sometimes have to wait for people to leave.

These legends welcomed our whole crew with zero wait like it was just another Tuesday--talk about VIP service. Now let's talk food. First up, the tofu and veggie stir-fry--a glorious mix of crispy tofu cubes with perfectly sautéed broccoli, carrots, and bok choy in a savory brown sauce that hugged every bite like a warm hug from a Chinese grandma. The beef with broccoli? Tender, flavorful, and bathed in rich umami goodness. Honestly, if I could bottle that sauce, I'd put it on everything--maybe even my cereal (don't judge). The Honey Walnut Shrimp was love at first crunch. Perfectly crispy shrimp in a creamy, sweet glaze topped with candied walnuts and nestled on a bed of fresh steamed broccoli. This dish was the Beyoncé of the table--everyone wanted a piece. Those crispy, golden Shrimp Ball Fritters? Imagine a crunchy sea urchin made of joy. Light, airy, and addictive--basically the potato chip of appetizers. The pan-fried dumplings were thick, juicy, and had the perfect crispy sear. No sad, soggy dumplings here. Then came the crispy duck--dark, rich, and bursting with deep roasted flavor. It had that satisfying crunch you want, and the meat melted in your mouth. A must for meat lovers. But the real MVP? Those soup dumplings. Steamy little flavor bombs that explode in your mouth like a culinary fireworks show. Served in their own mini tins like royalty--juicy, delicate, and impossible to eat just one. The table went silent the second they landed. That's how you know it's real. With quick service, huge portions, and a menu that hits every craving from noodles to dumplings to sizzling plates of joy, Peter's Kitchen China Bistro was the unexpected gem we didn't know we needed. Cozy, authentic, and efficient--this place made our group dinner easy, delicious, and downright memorable.

They often get mentioned in local periodical awards, so I've been meaning to stop by here for a while now. Finally, I had my opportunity. We arrive right when they open, get seated, and get some nice oolong tea brewing while the ladies with the carts stock up and start tantalizing us with their scrumptious dim sum. Fried shrimp, dumplings, shumai, ribs, buns, and my absolute favorite, sticky rice. It all just came flying one after another after another, and it makes life so much better when you can share these delectable little treats with a table full of people. Eating more of one thing means you don't get to try as many things. That's no good. So we came, we saw, we conquered. Ambiance was the nice, stereotypical American Chinese tranquility. Servers were all very nice. And the dim sum were all pretty much on par quality as the rest of casual places like this around town. Overall, this was a very nice experience. I will plan on coming back.

We tried a dim sum dumpling that had shrimp and some other meat (waiter was so quiet I couldn't hear him) and it was okay. We also tried a tofu wrap and a chewy shrimp wrap that was 90% wrap and had 2 mini shrimp in it. We also got the bok choy and it was okay. Very oily. The spicy oil was good. The hot tea was good as well. Bathroom was clean. Service was sporadic and the dim sum carts were not coming around nearly enough for how many people were in the dining room. The food was okay- I think if I came back I would order off the menu instead of dim sum. We were there around 1pm on Sunday. It was relatively busy and there were many people in and out of the dining room.
