Communication around costs is unclear and can be misleading. On top of that, the office manager is extremely rude, and the staff is not welcoming or friendly, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. Save yourself the stress and consider going elsewhere. When I arrived for a scheduled cleaning, I was told the appointment had been canceled because of their scheduling issue. I had received no call, no voicemail, and no cancellation notice -- only text reminders to confirm the appointment and reminder that it's time to make a new appointment. Instead of offering a sincere apology or acknowledging the inconvenience, the receptionist (Robin) repeatedly insisted they had called me several times ( no history of a single phone call from them on my phone) and simply asked if I wanted to reschedule. Fourth call on the day of the apt - they said we could come in at 4pm but the apt was for 3pm. I went to the office anyway because they told me to. If you are doing an apt for a patient, please log it into your system while you are doing it. I don't see you in the system on the day of the apt is not acceptable. Incompetent staff. They wanted a referral so I sent it to the email address they gave me. First time "Oahu" was misspelled. Second time "surgery" was missing a "y". They called the referring doctor without asking me to verify the email address they gave me to send. I just resent the email the third time and it went through. The staff can't spell and can't do their jobs properly. Sigh. I hope the oral surgeon is not like the staff I dealt with. Overall, I am not impressed with this office at all. I am so glad I went through this before the actual oral surgery for my son. I firmly believe that things happen for a reason. The doctor asked me to delete the review bc it will deteimentally affect the business. If I were the business owner, I would be grateful to get good and bad feedback and improve accordingly based on the feedback.
