We stopped by Take 5 because the afids are doing a number on our vehicle just like everyone else's in TN and we decided to splurge on the $27 wash. Imagine our surprise when we checked out the car at Burger King and it appeared it hadn't been touched by water or soap so we drove back (next door) and asked to speak to a manger. Misty informed us she WAS the manager and when I asked for a refund, I was told I can't expect to bring in my car looking so NASTY and think it's going to get clean. She then informed me that since I purchased the highest priced car wash she would allow me to go through a 2nd time but again informed me I shouldn't expect much from such a nasty looking car. I told her I didn't think the word nasty was very kind and she told me to stop being rude and to take it or leave it because I wasn't getting a refund. I wasn't being rude and never raised my voice but I did tell her I didn't appreciate her choice of words and she walked away. I'll never go to this car wash again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't waste their money there either. read more

We were in Shelbyville and declined a month to month plan. We do not live there and wanted one car wash. Apparently we got a monthly plan. We could not get it resolved online and had to drive back to Shelbyville to get it resolved. We thought it was and my husband does not monitor his account...it continued. Lots of attempts to resolve and finally today it was. Problem is that they will only refund 2 months or I can get 6 months of car washes?! Heads up watch your bank statements! read more

The best carwash in Shelbyville, be careful lining up it is tight. Pull in wide and back up much easier to line up that way. The location is close to the Kroger store. This location like all have a program for all you can wash in a month for one price. We have multiple cars so we get the family plan it is much more economical for us. If we need more washes we just buy an extra or two. read more

Be prepared to spend time while the the young man in the non VIP lane tries to push a $50 per month family package on you. I almost fell for it but when I changed my mind he started to get insulting with his comments. I told him that I wouldn't be using it as much as the plan offers and he kept trying to make me out as a fool. Really??? This is a car wash. I fell for the "deal" on my husbands car and paid the $35 a month for a long time because he never took his car back. I didn't want to make the same mistake again. So beware, you can not purchase a single car wash at this establishment. I was happy to pay the full price but he wouldn't have it. I backed out of the line and will never go back. read more

I have had my monthly membership as long as they have been open and have gotten several others to join. I go to the Tullahoma one very often and it is by far better than the Shelbyville one. Shelbyville has no soap in the barrels at the entrance nor does any come out when you enter it. I guess management is to cheap to order products, but I'm quite sure they make plenty of money. Truly thinking about cancelling my husband and my membership and my parents also if things don't change soon!!!!! read more

Beware of this place. A few months ago I signed up for one of their 1-month unlimited wash deals. They continue to debit by account, and so far that one month of car washes has cost me close to $100. I've contacted them by phone and email, but have yet to hear back from them. My next step (if it'll do any good) is to contact the Better Business Bureau to let them know not only about my experience, but to have them check out all of the similar complaints online. I will also continue to post a 1-star review in as many places as I can until I hear from them and get refunded for services I did not pay for. BEWARE....this is a scam. read more

I typically detail my own car but needed a quick wash before leaving town and got harrassed about buying a membership that I'm not even going to use by the guy who takes money in the non VIP lane. finally Driving up and the lady was completely rude and terrible at directing and our vehicle jumped off the conveyor 3 times, despite the fact that we were in neutral and foot off the break. she then proceeded to tell us we could just "drive slowly through the wash" we asked for our money back and she took 5 minutes just to give us our 16 dollars back. needless to say, we will not be back. read more

My bramd new car was damaged by their wash. The antenna was broken off during the brush cycle and my experience trying to resolve the issue has been awful. After contacting Wash N Roll 4 times i finally get a response saying my factory antenna on my 2016 hyundai is "not covered under [their] damage policy" and that they would not be helping repair my vehicle. There is no damage policy on the literature they gave me when i signed up for their VIP plan and i could not easily find it on their website. When I went back to the location to take pictures there were no damage policy signs or liability waivers in sight. The attendant was apparently aware of other incidents in Kias and Hyundai's and i know several other cars come factory standard with this "shark fin" antenna. Be careful or your low price car wash may cost over $200 in small claims court fees or over $500 in repairs to your brand new car. The wash was mediocre at best also and never got my rocker panels cleaned. read more
