My rims were damaged in the car wash! Looks like curb rash! Warning! If you have low profile tires, do NOT get a car wash here!

This car wash gets worse each year. When you go through the drive-through, the guys that spray your car you'll either get the one guy that's awesome or everyone else that's either just sitting there playing on their phone or talking to someone else who works there. Then over the summer they were closed down for a full month for "upgrades," the vacuums still don't all work! read more

I went to get a car wash at Take 5 (5100 S Cobb Dr SE, Smyrna, GA 30080) this evening around 6:25pm. There was a guy there today that was trying to get me to sign up for unlimited. I said I just need one wash. Here's the conversation. Me: Please select "More washes" because I don't need the $25 wash. Him: But we don't recommend them. Me: it's alright. Give the one for $17 Him: Do you want to sign up for unlimited for the same price? Me: No thanks. Just one please. Him: Why not? Me: I don't need it. Him: Why not? Me: I don't need it. Him: Why not? Me: I don't need it. Him: It's the same price. Me: I get that but Only one. Him: But why not? Me: I just need one. . . . This went for another few minutes. Me: Give me one wash or just let me out? Him: It's the same price for unlimited. Me: let me out. Him: Okay. I'll let you out. The dude literally tried to harass me to sign up for unlimited and did not EVER let me have a car wash. This is HORRIBLE business practice. I will never go there and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. read more

This business has fraudulent practices. I went to get my car washed and the credit card machine "wasn't working". This required me to give my card to the attendant who asked if I wanted to purchase a membership. My answer was no that I only wanted a single wash. He takes my card and comes back. No issue until one month later when I get charged for another month of membership. I reached out immediately and they cancelled the membership (that I didn't authorize) but they did not refund my money. They acted like it was no big deal. NO, it was a big deal. Your employee ran through a charge that was not authorized. This is called FRAUD! I will never go to this business again and recommend others avoid it as well (unless you want unauthorized charges on your card in a month). I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Excellent customer service. I previously was upset about being charged for another month and they jumped right in and gave me a refund.

I was told that, based on the wash I purchased, I could run my car through within 30 days of the initial wash. I went back within 30 days, and both the employee and manager said, "No," I could not--I only purchased a single wash. Both training and customer service are severely lacking at this location. read more

I've finally moved to a location with a car wash close by so I had to get the membership. I like the different membership packages so I get to choose the one that is perfect for me. Friendly staff and all of the equipment works. I wish they had the air compressor to blow out the water from my mirrors that likes to hide until I drive off. Overall this is a nice and clean carwash. Watch out for the one employee who likes to catch you off guard by telling you that you dropped your pockets ... He got me a few times lol. read more

Take five car wash makes it very easy to keep my car clean on a regular basis. I took advantage of the monthly membership for only 25 bucks, and I can go through as many times as I'd like in that month! This is the way to go. read more

10 Feb 23 Because the CARWASH entry best entered from S. Cobb, I had already knew that they were busy. I entered the wash following the attendants instructions, put truck in neutral, the conveyor engaged and young man completed washing the windshield. The vehicle continued on the conver and jumped back the young man yelled that the put the vehicle in neutral and even though it Al read was in neutral I shifted the gear in compliance and the vehicle continued on the conveyer. Soon after he proceeded to work with another customer. The vehicle continued on the conveyor. moments the vehicle collided with the car wash pillar I called 911. The young men both insisted that in remove my the Truck. I said that I wound when the police arrived. The 911 call dropped during the conversation. the call with the police dropped and the young men also seemed to go. That's when the conveyer began and continued it seemed until the timer lapsed. About a month ago, I got my car cleaned at Take 5 car wash and got a long scratch on the left side on the top of my car. I mentioned it to the manager who took photos and sent it supposedly to their claims team. It has been a month no answer. I have left several messages on their company phone no answer. I reached out Zachary Miller a district manager with Take 5 on Linkedin and he assured me that he would get the district manager by the name of Taylor Martin to contact me; to this date, Taylor has not taken the time to address my concern. Shame on you Take 5 and shame on you Taylor Martin for not addressing your customers needs. read more

I will never ever come to this Take 5 again there was no assistance when I was trying to my BOGO wash the gu came strolling out after I sat for 10 mins hitting the help button when the guy name Franco watch I didn't see a name tag act like it would kill him to let me through I had a receipt with no barcode I have been to the deatur and Fayetteville store and received better service then I received here. Poor service. Asked attendant if my vehicle could go through again because my car was still dirty after going through. Couldn't believe this guy refused my request saying that I was looking at water instead of dirt. This guy became combative and argumentative. Quality of service was beyond poor. I walked away feeling like I had no recourse. A $10 dollar lesson I'll never forget or enlighten others of. Customers opinion doesn't matter here. Enjoy your $10 dollar increase, never again.‍‍‍ This gives new meaning for definition of Car Wash. read more
