They had a large amount of cars as it was a beautiful Saturday in August but I only waited for about 45 minutes. That includes waiting in line, choosing my wash package, getting the car hand washed and then driving around for the interior, waxing and tire shine to be completed. They accept cash and cards. First time at One Stop Car Wash & Oil Change on Saturday and probably my last. I arrived for a car…read morewash. There was a bit of a wait, but that wasn't an issue for me; however, if you are in a hurry, this may not be the place for you. When it was my turn, I asked the differences between the $30 and $35 car wash. I was told the $35 car wash included a wax seal on the exterior of the car and the $30 car wash did not include a wax seal but included the cleaning of my tires, exterior and interior. So I opted for the $30 car because that was all I needed. After your car is washed, you go to an attendant to get your exterior and interior cleaned (tires wiped, car wiped in the inside and outside, and vacuum). I waited for them to finish cleaning and I went inside to pay. The interior of the building is due for a makeover. The snack machine is empty, water didn't look clean and seating was limited. As I went to pay, I asked if they had Apple Pay. They stated they only take card or cash. Unfortunately, I had neither and wasn't told this in the beginning. Most businesses these days have Apple Pay. The reason for the two stars are because the ladies allowed me to run to get cash and come back and pay. I didn't mind doing that and kept my promise. However, once my car was done being "cleaned" I realized it didn't look like anything had been done to it. Trash was still visible, dirt on the inside by the gas pedal and brake area, and tires were still dirty. When I came back to pay, I mentioned it to a young lady and she was willing to vacuum the inside and clean the tires. She did a decent job and I was appreciative of her willingness to help but it still wasn't to my level of satisfaction. I also asked if the mats would be wiped and told it would be $2 per mat. This was interesting because most car washes would include this along with the interior cleaning. Nonetheless, I paid it but it was still very odd to me. After it was all said and done, I had spent about 2-3 hours dealing with the whole fiasco of getting my car washed, obtaining cash, and waiting for my car to be cleaned a second time, only to get home and spend another hour cleaning my tires and the interior of my car (and my car is not at all extremely dirty). Overall, this experience left a bad impression on me and for those reasons, I would not recommend this place nor return!

They shampooed my seats. They cleaned my dog's seat cover very well. Vacuumed in between every crevice and whipped down every surface. The only thing my car was missing afterwards was an air freshener. The staff was very courteous. I was quoted 1 hour but it took 2 and the final result was fine with me. Since it is hot outside bring you a drink to stay hydrated. I was referred by my best friend & I will definitely be back.

First, I drove to their location near Lenox, but since I was a bit confused on exactly where it was, I switched gears and headed to this location that I had gone to last time, on Marietta Blvd. I was greeted by friendly, smiling staff after a couple minutes of standing around by my car, once a AAA truck had pulled out of their line of view and they spotted me. I pointed out the areas I wanted them to focus on (seat stains and dirty cup holder), selected the package I wanted, and waited in the chairs under cover that they have outside for customers. I believe I waited about 30 minutes but it went by quickly. When my car was done, I tipped 25% thinking that I was going to open my car door to near perfection, only to STILL see stains on my passenger seat from when I had spilled something on it and goop in my cup holders from when my hand sanitizer had exploded in my car due to the heat, last week. As I said, I had even pointed these out to the workers specifically before they started. Upon my disappointment, I got the attention of the worker who had helped me cash out and showed him where the hand sanitizer was still caked on. I didn't even bother mentioning the seats since I figured that could've been a lost cause at this point. He tried to wipe it out for a couple more minutes before shrugging and telling me it wasn't going to come off. I thanked him and left, knowing that I was going to have to try to work on it myself or take it to an actual dealership. Even if the seat stains may not, I have confidence that the hand sanitizer goop WILL come off. At least my car is cleaner than when I came in and smells nice. However, this was not worth the $50 that I paid. I'm glad at least that I hadn't spent more because I almost did. I don't think I would've gotten any better a job out of them though even if I had paid more. What they did for the service I selected was not up to standard. At the very least, they should have apologized and been honest and upfront with me before I paid to let me know they did their best (if they did) but could not fully clean my car to perfection. Sadly, they accepted my money and moved on with their day. I will not be returning for a third time.

I'm picky about this since I run a business and it's the fastest way to piss of a budget conscience loyal customer. Their wash was very thorough and detailed. That day they offered a $12 exterior or a $20 exterior and interior. I got the interior/exterior package was very pleased. My car is 10 years old and I still take pride in it. Get it washed all the time and always will (FYI a wash every other month keeps your car from looking like a hoopty). They cleaned it inside and outside in less than 30 minutes, as promised. They wiped and cleaned every nook and cranny and I am very grateful for that. At most car washes I find a place or two that could have been cleaner and think, well nobody is perfect: but not at Luxury Wash. Very happy and satisfied with my shiny, clean car. The outside appearance of this place could use a touch up but it's clean and everyone was friendly. I'm not worried about the dilapidated look of a building when my car looks amazing after they are done with it. Bottom Line: do not hesitate, bring your car by for some clean loving!

The second bay I tried had black electrical tape covering the coin insert and credit card machine. The third bay I tried also had a broken foaming brush. I gave up and left. Skip this location.
