They took the time to show me what the issue was, and advisd an easy, inexpensive repair that saved me hundreds of dollars. I was in and out and back on the road in under an hour, for under a hundred dollars! All garages should take notes: this is how it's done.

I then took it to Tallmadge Auto/Tire and they told me immediately it was the hub bearings and that Market muffler didn't even tighten the axle nut it was completely off. Mind you Ray the mechanic told me the car was good and ready to drive to south carolina! On top on their incompetence they were rude and dismissive and their mistake could have cost my life or at least catastrophic damage to my vehicle! He says I need a radiator flush, I say no, he says I should get a fuel injector cleaning service, I say I already had that done 50,000 miles ago and it didn't work, so I'm good. Despite me being up front and telling them I don't want any additional services and telling them I was just there a month ago, they insisted on selling me more services. I understand it's their job, but if I politely tell you no twice, please take that as a hint.

They said I had nothing wrong with my suspension even though it is squeaking so loud when you just turn the wheel. Turns out, their sister store in Chappel Hill disagreed. They looked at my car and said it isn't even safe to drive. Three control arms need to be replaced-- not much holding the suspension together.... And I had to pay them to re-balance my wheels the Firestone on S. Main St. balanced in the first place. Chapel Hill gave me half off because they said they were so bad-- one even had lots of extra weights in it they said... I would not trust them with my kids bicycle-- honest to Christ. And so rude, so so rude. You could not pay me to go back in there again; even if they said the tires were free. They left me so unsafe I'm actually considering calling an attorney.
