After being informed by the vehicle that there was an issue with the break system, the car had to be serviced immediately. We called them at about 5:30pm and the service department was very helpful and provided us with the number for the towing company right away. By 6:30pm the car was on the flatbed en route to Lexus. We waved goodbye to her (the car is a her) and awaited the next day findings. The next morning, 2 employees dropped off a loaner vehicle that was a similarly nice 2017 RX 350. Through the process, Lexus and the towing company were in constant contact and tried to make it as seamless as possible. Lexus diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently and we'll have the car back soon. They have great customer service and my family will continue to be customers as we have for the last 4 vehicles. I only wish they would have brought us some Skyway for lunch on the way (its next door).

What so you can fail to screw in the oil pan drain plug again. It was about three turns from falling out. At this service I was told the rubber oil pipe upgrade was needed. So when I got home (being retired now) the 450 sat in the driveway for about two weeks with a growing oil slick underneath it. So I trusted the Akron/Canton Lexus Tech (my mistake) and ordered the oil cooler pipe upgrade once I saw the oil slick growing. In the meantime I took the undertray off and got prepared to install the up grade. What I found was the cooler pipes were not deteriorated and were not leaking at all. However, the oil pan plug was backed almost the entire way out. With the oil dripping out. Also when I took the under tray off which was held in place by only three plastic push clips - so much for the safety inspection. I have no idea why these were not noted and replaced. I have spent thousands at this dealership this is my third Lexus. So you can keep all your services and put them where the Sun doesn't shine. As far as your staff nothing pisses me off more than being ignored by your service writer being more interested in burying his nose in his cell phone and ignoring me. I guess he doesn't realize I'm indiectly paying his salary. Before the Dealership changed hands this never happened. I did contact your upper management, at Akron Canton Lexus, Corporate in the USA and Corporate in Japan. What response did I get... crickets. So I guess I will send this note to Corporate again. As far as your service department goes you will never get another dime from me. When The Ganley Group purchased this dealership service took a nose dive. When Scott was one of the service writers service was appropriate, professional and things were done right the first time. The care and attention my 450h and I got were outstanding. When ownership changed to the Ganley Group it seems all of the good customer service halted. I used to relate my experiences to my coworkers and others professionals I had contact with..... As the Ganley Group now also owns Cleveland Metro Lexus as well I'm willing to bet it will follow the same trajectory.
