So 2 separate bad experiences at this location. Had got my oil changed for my Dodge Magnum at this location before. So I went again to get my oil changed and the tech said they couldn't change my oil. No real explanation. Today I went in my Chrysler 300 and was told they couldn't do an oil change on my car since it is considered a "Luxury" vehicle. I've had my oil changed on the 300 before at this location. I tried to give this location another chance.. I have never seen a more mean, no customer service bunch of individuals in my life They dont speak or greet!! I ask are they doing a oil change they just stare at me... This place is not welcoming at all!! Visited this location for a long overdue oil change. MS. KAYLA was my service rep and she was very personable, friendly, and professional. I loved the fact that I didn't have to leave my car and was in and out in about 20 minutes. I went to Take 5 oil change and arrived and was immediately pulled into the bay for an oil change. that's where the service ended. I sat in the bay over the oil pit for 20 minutes and no one ever came to informed me when or what was going to happen with my oil service. I watched the guy that pulled me in sit on his phone for the entire time I was there. I watched three other guys just walking around and doing nothing. there were three other cars in the bays, and we were all waiting on service. I exited my car to ask about my oil change and was informed that I needed to get back into my car and someone would be with me in a few minutes to give me info and pricing. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes, with no contact from any service personnel. I got the attention of the guy who pulled me into the bay and who was still on his phone and ask him to close my hood and guide me out of the bay. the location is 5333 Matlock Rd Arlington, TX 76018. no one ever really acknowledge me or tried to assist me. I came by yesterday around 10:30 to get my car inspected. I waited in my car and then the gentleman that was helping me said that he could go ahead and take my car for the inspection so I waited inside. Unfortunately their system was overheating so they had to turn it off and he couldn't complete my inspection. Things like this happen I understand so I asked what time they open the next day so I can get this taken care of and he said 7 AM so I drove over here today EARLY so I can get my inspection done because I have other appointments. I'm the second car waiting and the gentleman asked me what I need. I told him I need my inspection because I was here yesterday when the system was down and he says he won't have an inspector here until 11 AM, usually I don't leave bad reviews but honestly, this is frustrating to say the least. I've already wasted enough time coming to a place that can't get the work done. This location used to be owned by a different company and honestly since it switched over it hasn't been the same. I am new to the area and had heard good things about Take 5 from colleagues at work, so I brought my vehicle in for an oil change today. My experience was disappointing. I specifically requested Castrol Edge and was told "no problem." When I received my receipt after paying, it showed Dura Max synthetic was used. I did not get the oil I requested, my windshield was not washed, and I did not receive a sticker with my next oil change date/mileage. Needless to say, I did not honk when I left and will take my vehicle elsewhere when it's time for my next oil change. read more

They tempted you to use their services. and if you don't choose what they recommended, their attitude changed 180degree. I picked synthetic 5000miles but they used the regular which is 3000miles. The service was quick and with the current 25% discount the price was reasonable. The only reason they did not get more stars is the dishonest description of the oil options. The service person started that standard Castrol oil would be good for about 2000 miles and the next step up would be good for 4000. This is flat out untrue as the manufacturer recommends a change interval of 5000 miles with standard oil. read more
