Our pups & daughter couldn't take it, and it was late so had to stay at a hotel. Next day I took it to a place who let us know we needed a new AC Compressor, but they didn't have it in stock. They recommended a nearby dealership who when I went to it they told me they could do the job and had my car all day. End of the day said they couldn't do it. I was in full panic mode and called tire mountain & auto on a whim and explained my situation. I knew they were closed weekends per their website & also it was so late in the day. I was listened to, and told definitely Monday it could be done. But we had to get home. I thanked them & went to find cooling mats & portable fans to try to make the drive. A couple hours later my phone rang and it was the owner I had spoken to earlier. He called to let me know he had 2 guys willing to come in on their day off, so they could get us on the road. AMAZING owners, service, and boy is our car cold! They didn't jack up the price, which they easily could have. Forever grateful for the kindness of a stranger. I'd 1000% recommend this business! Neither of which is true, this place is trying to scam people into paying for services not needed. I would highly suggest getting a second opinion on anything they tell you or simply not using this business at all.

Went there yesterday for a state inspection. Was 3rd in line on the right side. The last vehicle in…read morethe left lane decided to leave w/out service (that should have been my clue). Normally, they get you in in the order which you show up. Yesterday, however, they took 3 vehicles that came in after me and were in the left lane (no alternating patrons as normal). After more than an hour and a half (again, a simple state inspection) and the 6th vehicle to come in after me was in the left bay, my vehicle was finally ready. As I was paying, I asked the gentleman at the counter if they no longer alternated vehicles and he simply said, "I was just doing what I was told". Service here has been ok, and the owner was present yesterday with no concern for customers. Due to shoddy customer service, neither I, nor my family/friends/co-workers, etc., will be using them again.
