We knew it needed a couple repairs and planned as such. Nehat we didn't expect was the ENDLESS issues this truck dumped on us. However, this team did an absolutely amazing job and got her back on the road safe and ready to pull. They overcame so many major obstacles on our behalf. They told us we had to go to a full service place to get I cut off and then come back and they could do our oil change. We told them we came here last and that they didn't really care. I come to take the oil filter off and everyone knows you lube the rubber seal so it will come off easy next time you change it. It also only needs to be hand tight. I literally had to poke a hole in the filter just to get leverage to turn thr damn thing. Comes to show, this company had used the filter wrench to tighten too tight. I will never go back to these unprofessional fucks again.
