I got a mobile 1 oil change which was close to $130. The guys doing the oil change were nice and talkative. After leaving, I started seeing smoke coming from the back of my vehicle. At first I thought it was someone else, but after taking a turn I realized it was me, and immediately pulled over and shut down the engine. I do my own oil changes a lot of times, so I started looking to see what's going on with oil gushing everywhere. After some investigation, I realized they didn't tighten the oil filter, so oil was flying out all around it. I fixed it, added a some oil to bring it up to level and drove back. Since I stopped in time, there is no engine damage, but this shouldn't have happened. All I wanted was a refund, but they couldn't help me with that. They said they'd put it in the system that my next one will be free, but I have no proof of that, and I don't think I want to come back to see. Luckily I knew to stop, someone who doesn't know, or someone who may not have noticed the problem could have ended up with a seized engine. read more

Very disappointed in the service I received. I went for a standard oil change when I got home the next morning I noticed oil on my new concrete driveway. Since I work Monday through Friday, I had to wait until the next weekend to bring my car back. They told me that they needed to take the skid plate off to find where the leak is. They took the skid plate off, and told me there is a leak but don't know where from and on top of that the broke my skid plate and they said the couldn't put it back on. Then proceeded to throw my skid plate in my trunk and got grease everywhere. I have something dangling on the bottom of my car too. They tried to convince me I didn't need a skid plate and it's pointless. Took my car to my dealer where they told me the oil change was done wrong and I need a new skid plate and need to get my undercarriage cleaned from all the oil. Went here for an oil change. Noticed a leak in the drive way. Took my truck back to find the the leak. They said there was oil so they tightened the drain plug. Oil still getting on the driveway so I took it to the dealer to find out the gasket on the oil filter was bad. Had to pay the dealer diagnostic fee and for another oil change. read more

I can't say enough good about 99% of these employees. We got our oil changed and then had a huge issue and all oil leaked out that night at home. We called, they sent service to our home, and then brought us back to the shop to make it right. Marcus, who did the original work, flipped out and SWORE it was nothing he did. That we, as owners, had caused an issue... either a leaky gasket or bad oil pan on a barely-year-old Jeep. Mayfield and Dustin wouldnt let him get away with and kept at the problem, ensuring I was informed and comfortable the whole time. GM, Ben, was called and problem identified (Marcus never put a gasket on at all). Issue corrected, Jeep running great, and free oil change next time (not by Marcus). Always trying for the upsell. I can understand that , it's part of business. I have no real complaints about this place they seemed to do an okay job (hard to screw up changing oil). The prices seemed fair or were just as fast as anyone else. They are a little less known them some of the other instant oil change Giants which may cause people to stray, but like I said they seem to do the same job as anyone else (valvoline, jiffy lube, etc). The only thing that stinks is they won't let you wait I'm your car while the work is done (valvoline will), what's up with that?! read more

Came here close at closing time and in need of an oil change for a trip out to WV in the morning. Staff was very nice and didn't push the higher oil service on me. The whole experience took about 15-20 mins and they give you and bottle of water and air fresheners while you wait. Prices currently range from $37-76.99. They have coupons on their website so check their before you come. They check top off your fluids and air for the tires. Very good and easy process and will definitely be coming back. read more

I was really pleasantly surprised with my experience here. This is a quick walk-in oil change. You stay in the car while they change your oil. They have different levels (about 5) of oil changes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave us free bottled water and an air freshener while we waited. To be honest, I wish their prices were a bit lower but there are a lot of coupons online that you can use. Overall, I'd definitely go back if I need just an oil change. I was in for an oil change and they were all very pleasant and chatty. I get a mile down the road afterward and hear something start dragging on the bottom of my car. They didn't screw a plate back in enough and I had to drive back to the shop going 5mph. I get there and they do not have me jump the line for the quick fix, but have me wait behind two other cars. Their district manager was there and gave me a card for 50% off my next oil change, but that doesn't do anything to make up for the work meeting you just made me miss. read more

Unfortunately this place is not the place to go. I was hoping it would be, because of the convenient location. I overheard what seemed like a manger making racist remarks, "joking" around with his workers.
