Everything…read morefrom my first visit in January of 2025 when they failed to properly secure the oil filter resulting in oil leaking on my garage floor for 2 days, to them breaking something on my wife's vehicle causing her to have to wait an additional hour for them to get a part from another location to fix it, to breaking something on my car (Landers wanted $600 to fix it), to taking my son's truck in for an oil change and oil pan gasket replacement which is where things got really frustrating. They told me the oil pan gasket would be $350 to fix so I scheduled it during a short window while my son was home from college for Spring break. After dropping it off and them having it for nearly 6 hours, they called to tell me that they were trying to work on it but it appeared that they would have to break the oil pan to replace the gasket resulting in an additional $650 worth of work. I told them to not bother, that I would just pick it up and take it to an actual mechanic shop who had the right tools to fix what needed to be done. They said 'no problem, it will be ready shortly'. This made me think they hadn't done any real work on it so I left to go pick up the truck. When I arrived, there was no one in the office. I waited about 10 minutes...no one! So I walked out to the truck to see if the keys were in it. After not seeing the keys, I went back into the office and...waited and waited. No one again. So I finally decided to see if the keys were on the desk, which they were. I grabbed the keys and left. The following day, I received a call from the district manager asking me to pay $220 for the work they had done (keep in mind, the truck had not had anything done to it. It was exactly the same as when I dropped it off). After some back and forth with the DM, we landed on a price because I understand business and the fact that he had some employees who had spent time working on it and apparently had to put it back together. However, no one had told me that they had made any progress on it. I was simply told that they were going to have to break it resulting in $650 of additional expense. So, here I am...four bad experience later, out money for something they never actually fixed. Jiffy Lube has two jobs; take care of customers and change my oil. Unfortunately, they aren't good at either one.

I've came here for oil changes and they tightened my cap on so tight, the next time I needed an oil change, they told me that I needed to go to an other auto shop to fix the cap that they overtightened. I also came here for new tires and they messed up one of my tire sensor that I had to go to another auto shop to have another shop fix my sensor. When I asked for another service, an employee at the register told me that they don't offer that service. I pointed to the list of services they had posted on the wall behind them which listed the service. The employees don't even know what they offer. The employees at the registers are hard to find too, they take so long to come when I'm trying to pay to leave.

This place is an absolute joke. I have a nice Honda Accord 145,000 miles that is routinely…read moreserviced and very well maintained. They have probably the most lazy and scummy people. I went in for an alignment because my car was pulling. My car was on the rack for about five minutes. The man I spoke to came out of the shop and told me that my tire rods are loose so they can't give me an alignment. About 10 months ago I had the whole front end rebuilt. I mean everything replaced I spent $2900 doing so. So what he said made zero sense. And then offering me a $600 service for something that wasn't needed. Yeah right, I went down the street to discount tire I examined my tire rods myself. I had their technicians look at it and I got everything zeroed in. Not only did they try to pull a quick one. They sent me home with another $2700 recommended service sheet. Again, none of this made any type of sense. On top of that the attitude from the man at the desk was completely unacceptable. And there was none when I was face-to-face with him. But over the phone, what a complete dbag. If you live in Conway, screw this place go to discount tire.
