I'm not sure what ape they have back there cranking down the lugs to 400psi or what Nascar pitboy wanna-be who doesn't know how to start the lug with his hand, but they clearly don't care. Sure they'll pay to have it fixed, but Id rather not have to spend 1-3 days having work done on a vehicle every time I go in with a flat or rotation. Unprofessional, untrained. A copy paste reply isn't going to help, you had more than 3 chances to get the issue straightened out with your employees and management. I will not be back regardless. This is a bad business.

Decided to get another opinion and thankfully took it to Freyaldenhoven auto. Brought it in at 8am and by 10am had a quote to fix the issue for under $150 parts and labor. Car was fixed and back at my house that afternoon. I have 5 autos and 3 of them for teenagers, every time I've needed work done they've always taken care of me and I know it's for the right price. Would recommend them to anyone who asks.

AJ literally arrived about 20 minutes or less after the dispatch request was made. It wasn't just me, but also my kids and pets, so I felt a bit stressed trying to figure out how to handle everything. Unfortunately all tire shops were closing in 5 minutes so it would require an overnight stay. AJ went above and beyond with kindness. He dropped us at a local hotel and my car at Discount Tire. (So glad this all happened only a mile away from an exit with everything needed to make this easier!) He didn't only do his job but recognized my need for someone to show they understand being human and helping them be seen when life happens. From what I can gather, I wasn't important enough or the job wasn't easy enough for them to even return my calls. I booked an appointment with them on an early Wednesday morning and spoke with someone (Todd?) about an insurance repair and additional repairs to the vehicle which I was going to pay out of pocket. I had to take off work for this appointment. Todd assured me that he was going to put together my quote, give me a call, then email me. A few days later, no call. I don't know what their work load is or how long it takes to put together an estimate so I called a few days later, was put on hold, and was told that Todd was busy doing payroll. I was told that he would call me back. Again, days have passed and no call. It has now been a week. I work in a service oriented business and to not follow up with a customer within this time is amateur. Not only that, but I completely wasted my time going to a business that doesn't value my time. My advice is to be careful booking an appointment with Conway Collision Center. Conway Collision Center obviously does not have any consideration for the customer's time. If this is how they treat people, just imagine how they will treat your vehicle. Real businesses that care, return calls, follow up, or at least have the courtesy to tell a customer that they don't want to do the job. That is just the professional thing to do and their professionalism is heavily lacking.

I had an exceptionally positive experience with Kenny, the owner and mechanic. Kenny seems to be very competent and was a good communicator while my vehicle was in his care. Admittedly, I'm no expert in automotive costs, so after receiving my bill for a replaced front axel I followed up with a man more in the know: he confirmed that I had indeed received a very fair price for the parts and labor. I've taken my car to Austin Bros. in the past, but will probably bring it back to Budget Automotive next time it needs servicing!
