    Promised 15 minutes wait turned into 2 hours wait. Terribly organized business. Car inspection should be done in one bay while other 2 bays are open for quick oil change services

    Worst place I have ever been to they left my splash shield hanging there with missing bolts. Talk to the Supervisor about it and also talk to the District Office. went today after the Supervisor told me to take it back so they can fix it. 03/16/2025 @ 11:30 am went to take 5 on 11330 Barker Cypress Oil Change to fix the mess they did to my wife's car and still left bolts off the splash shield after he told me it was fixed. Never again will I take it to take 5 they ruin my splash shield and there were missing bolts still. I am going to go to the dealer to buy a splash shield kit because they run it. What a waste of my time. These employees need more training. I went to take 5 so they can fix the problem they caused and got worse the fiberglass insulation that is on the splash shield was burning but didn't catch fire but smell so so bad that had to park my car outside what morons. Please do not take your car for anything they will destroy it at take 5 on 11330 Barker Cypress rd. Manger never did called if the issue was resolved. Awful Awful Awful...please do not take your car to these people they did not take care of the problem. My car just about caught on fire because of the splash shield not being put back correctly ruin the insulation that got burned..

    Everyone was very friendly and the oil change was quick. He checked the cabin filter it was dirty so he changed that as well.

    First time here. The workers were nice but pretty careless. My biggest issue was the girl who was…read moreputting in my oil spilt all over my engine. And since they use pumps to put the oil it wasn't just a little spill either it was a big splash. They weren't even transparent about it, almost like they wanted to hide it. We asked the other worker to confirm what happened and he said she wiped it up. Come home and look under the hood and it's a hot mess. You don't spill oil all over the engine and just assume wiping it up is gonna be safe. My husband had to buy degreaser and take it to another shop to have them inspect that it was safe to drive. The guy who initiated the process didn't even ask to confirm my name or info. He just assumed my car was under whatever previous owner had already had an account with them. A simple question to confirm name would have made the paying process much more easier later. The only person here that helped the most was Joe, who did my inspection and changed the previous owner's account information to mine. I am livid about this experience, and we will never go back. Please be observant of what they are doing with your vehicles. Spilling oil all over your engine and in crevices you can't see is not okay.

I've gone to other places but they supposedly check but they never tell me to turn my lights on, if I want them to check air pressure, or check A/C items. The worker Johan was very helpful and friendly during the process. The prices are a tad bit lower than other oil place changes and they have coupons on their website to use. Great place !

I recently brought in my 2017 Ford Escape because the check engine light was flashing for cylinder 2. I initially thought it was something simple, like spark plugs or a coil pack. On May 13th, I was told they would replace the spark plugs and coil packs, and that my vehicle would be ready the afternoon of May 14th. At no point did anyone contact me to confirm or discuss moving forward with installing the new spark plugs after diagnosing the issue further. What concerns me is that it wasn't until the following day that they informed me the engine had internal damage, supposedly confirmed with a bore scope camera. If they had already removed the spark plugs to inspect the issue and knew there was internal engine damage, I don't understand why they still proceeded with installing new spark plugs and charging me for the labor and parts. I was charged $179 for labor related to the spark plugs, another $179 for removing and replacing them, plus $82 for the spark plugs themselves. Had I known the engine had internal damage and the vehicle would not be drivable, I never would have agreed to replace the spark plugs in the first place. I feel like I was not given the full picture before authorizing the repairs, and that I was taken advantage of instead of being dealt with honestly and transparently. Since I work in the school district I will make sure no one goes to this location. plugs could not repair. Because the misfire persisted immediately after installation, it appears the ignition repairs were not the actual cause of the problem. A compression test and deeper mechanical diagnosis could have been performed earlier in the process before recommending a full ignition service. As the automotive professionals in this situation, I trusted your shop to determine the most appropriate diagnostic path and avoid unnecessary expenses. I do appreciate that the coil charges were refunded, but the spark plug replacement was also part of a repair path that ultimately did not address the actual failure. From my perspective, I paid for parts and labor that were unnecessary in light of the true diagnosis. I feel this is very un fair for me to have to pay for a service, knowing that you knew the real reason of the issue. And I dont appreciate you lied to my bank saying yall fixed spark plugs that I broke I never broke any spark plugs nor did I ever look at any of the cylinders other than cylinder 2 which was not broken when I replaced it. Its a joke that you have the name Christian in your name....

    I am so upset on this MEMORIAL DAY weekend. I sent my 16 y/o to this location for an oil change on…read morehis Toyota Corolla. We are a VETERAN family and I have been told several times that it's noted in our account. My 16 y/o was recommended the most expensive option and told he needed several additions to his service. He was quoted well over $100 for a Corolla. I called and spoke to someone and asked for the least expensive oil change and thats it. I was told that he would need his veterans ID. I told the gentleman that all of us meaning, three other cars bring our cars there and if I did not have the ID it's always been noted in the account. He said that was not sufficient and did not offer or mention the additional coupons that I found online after my son left. Fine, I understand that anyone can come in and say they are a veteran. But as I stated, I have been told several times that it's been noted in the account. Most reputable businesses will offer the coupon that they have and this also was not offered. This location just lost four cars. I am aware that in the grand scheme of things for cars means nothing to this business. But I will be informing all of the veteran communities as well as the other community organizations in the Cypress area. Happy Memorial Day.
