Not only did they do the needed service for a low price (it wouldn't start and needed a new battery and other minor repairs), they were fast and responsive. The amazing part is that they took the credit card over the phone and then delivered the car back to dads house so I didn't have to find another driver to join me. A few months later, when we decided to sell the car, I called for maintenance records and they got them to me immediately. If that's not service, I'm not sure what is!

I don't have to be here," and then left without resolving the issue or offering an alternative solution. I understand that some roadside situations can be challenging, but customers should still be treated with respect. A professional technician should arrive with the appropriate equipment or, at the very least, communicate respectfully if they are unable to complete the job.
